said this beautifully. The world needs your unique and fullest expression 🤍 Understanding static identities really helped bring awareness to me and I wanted to share it with all of you. I could have more awareness of when I gave my power or thoughts to something outside of myself. Save as a reminder.

For those of you who’ve seemingly tried EVERYTHING to fix your emotional chaos, but still feel:

•Tired of not being able to accurately answer the question: “what’s wrong?”
•Frustrated that you keep falling back into self-sabotaging patterns.
•Out of control in your relationships by saying destructive things and/or attracting the wrong people.
•Stagnant within your patterns of anxiety, depression, or negative self-talk

You need a streamline approach to sustainable transformation that equips YOU with the tools to get back in the driver’s seat of your life.

You need a methodology that is science-laced, actionable, and constantly measures your progress in real-time.

Meet The Self Study: a 30 day self-inquiry workbook that teaches you how to rewire your entire emotional response system so that you don’t just know better - you DO BETTER.

This workbook is tactical + science-laced approach to turn awareness into action. You will learn to identify, diffuse and rewire triggers you didn’t even know you had. Plus you have me as your coach guiding you through the process. Accountability is everything when you are doing this work.

By the end of the 30 days, you’ll also understand the ins + outs of your personality expression and what you can do to finally make your actions match your intent.n

And no, this is NOT a journal filled with toxic positivity, or intangible concepts…

This is a solutions-focused, no B.S approach to emotional rewiring that will break the chaotic patterns that have been holding you back.

When you click the link in my Bio and head to the Self Study, sign the form and I will send you all the information you need to get started. Class begins on February 13th.

The ability to be an observer is where you can use wisdom to find solutions. Victim mentality keeps you stuck. Choose wisely ☺️🤍
