My Answer:
LOVE. 💗 There are many values I would teach children, but the older I get, the more I know love would come first.

Love can be expressed and felt in so many ways—self-love, love for others, love for animals, and love for what we do.

I used to be an elementary school teacher. I could quickly sense how the children were feeling and notice when someone needed extra care and kindness. My answer is love—the more you give, the more you receive.

I was fortunate to be loved as a child and grow up in a loving family. Not everyone experienced that from early childhood. Yet it is never too late to share this special word, feeling, and energy: LOVE.

Simply love and share your unconditional love. 💗

What a wonderful event with CHOC Foundation !

BALM Wellness was invited to partner with CHOC Foundation for the second year at the CHOC Let’s Talk: Mental Health Luncheon, supporting children and families through practical wellness education.

The beautiful Wellness Village supported by Regina Oswald brought our community together around this year’s focus: stress, anxiety, and the pressure to perform.

Every attendee received a BALM Wellness European Pause & Reset educational postcard, with useful daily tips to support their well-being.

Grateful to empower families with simple ways to pause, reset, and reconnect!

What a wonderful experience at Advantage Improv!

Lee and Bob are amazing teachers. My jaw hurt from laughing nonstop for two hours every Tuesday!

I learned many different communication techniques and valuable listening skills. This is a class of laughter and a brainwork.

Highly recommend! recommended 😆🤭🧠
