We’re so happy to welcome Sophi Vernholm, to the Deep Tissue Massage Group team, and her schedule is open starting this week.

Sofie is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Massage Training Institute in 2026. As a former college athlete and field biologist, Sofie has a firsthand understanding of how human bodies move, adapt, and recover under pressure. Her training includes Swedish, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. Sofie’s personal mission is to keep active people active. She designs her sessions by combining her scientific appreciation for human anatomy with her love for the outdoors. Her goal is to restore structural balance and help outdoor enthusiasts, athletes, and movement lovers return to doing what they love.

Outside her work, Sofie enjoys photography and hiking, trail-running, and backpacking with her dog, Raven.

We’re so happy to welcome Kyla Harper, L.M.T., to the Deep Tissue Massage Group team, and her schedule is open starting next week.

Kyla brings something special to the table. Before becoming a massage therapist, she earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and worked as a trauma and mental health therapist. That work gave her a deep understanding of how our experiences, stress and emotions show up physically in the body.

After graduating from Sabai Massage School, she found a new way to support healing through hands-on work. Her sessions blend trauma-informed care with therapeutic technique, tailored to what your body needs that day.

We are welcoming a new massage therapist to our team!Nichole St. John, L.M.T.

A graduate of Sacred Roots Massage School, Nichole specializes in deep tissue massage with an intuitive, personalized approach. She has always been drawn to helping others and believes true healing happens when skill and presence comes together. By listening closely to your body and adjusting each session to your needs, she will help release chronic tension while creating a deeply relaxing experience.

Outside of the treatment room, Nichole values balance, mindfulness, and continued learning so she can better support her clients’ wellness journeys. Her goal is to help in pain relief, feeling physically and mentally restored, grounded, and more at home in your body.

Nichole St. John, L.M.T., officially joins our team this week, and we are so genuinely excited for you to meet her.

Nichole is graduate of Sacred Roots Massage School here in Montana, and she specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, and Energy Work. What sets her apart isn't just her skillset--its's the way she works. She listens closely, adjusts every session to what your body actually needs that day, and brings a presence to the table that makes the whole experience feel both therapeutic and deeply grounding.

She believes--and we do too--that true healing happens when skill and presence come together. If you've been dealing with chronic tension, pain that keeps coming back, or just feeling disconnected from your body, Nichole may be exactly who you've been waiting for.
