Well, meet Noah Nussbaum, PharmD! He is just one of several pharmacists we utilize for medication optimization and clinical consulting at Berkeley Home Pharmacy, located just steps away from our clinic.

Did you know… Our providers are actually sisters?! They are the 1st and 2nd born out of 4 siblings (and you can find the 3rd and 4th across the road at Berkeley Home Pharmacy 🙌🏼💊)!

Did you know… Elizabeth and Rachel went to MUSC together?! They graduated with their Doctorates in Nursing in 2022.

Did you know… Elizabeth and Rachel both grew up and currently live in Moncks Corner?! They also stayed in Moncks Corner for their first NP positions. Elizabeth’s being in Urgent Care and Rachel’s being in Primary Care.

Did you know… Elizabeth and Rachel both recently had baby boys?! Rachel gave birth to her second baby boy 5.5 months ago and Elizabeth gave birth to her third baby (second boy) 4 months ago!

Did you know… at BHC, Elizabeth will primarily be seeing patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and half of Thursdays while Rachel will primarily be seeing patients on Tuesdays, half of Thursdays, and Fridays?!

We are Moncks Corner’s new independently owned & operated urgent care & wellness clinic. While we do plan to provide full primary care soon, our initial focus will be acute, same day scheduling & walk-in visits. We will be there for you when you need it most.
