This!!

Caring for our bodies is part of caring for what God has entrusted to us. Not out of vanity or obsession, but out of stewardship.

So much of what she says here is exactly why I care so much about wellness in the first place.

It’s 10 minutes, but I really think it’s worth your time. 🤍

Them: “How are you managing it all?”

Me: I’m not 😂🫠

This week has been A LOT — dog health scare resulting in a canceled class, a job interview, husband out of town, mom life, business life… and somehow I’m still here.

Is everything getting done perfectly? Nope.
Is it all happening to my usual standards? Also nope 😂

But sometimes you just have to push through the s**t, do what you can, and keep moving.

& if you’re in one of those seasons too: you don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to keep going 🤍

If I can, so can you 🫶🏼

Now… let’s get this October calendar together 😅
Keep your eyes peeled.. hopefully posting tonight, latest this weekend! 👀
