Slow down 🙏

09/10/2026

Life has been overwhelming.

You’ve been holding everything together, taking care of everyone else, and telling yourself you’ll rest when things finally slow down.

But they never really do.

That’s why I come to you.

I bring the Reiki table into your home and create a quiet space where you don’t have to do anything, fix anything, or be strong for anyone. You can simply lie down, breathe, and let yourself be cared for.

Sometimes we don’t need more advice.
Sometimes we just need somewhere safe to soften.

If life has felt especially heavy lately, I would be honored to hold that space for you. 🤍

In-home Reiki sessions start at $60.
Serving the Hudson Valley.

To the parents and families of my yoga students❤️

I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to fully explain how much these incredible souls mean to me.

Each person who walks through my door brings something completely their own, their humor, energy, courage, and unique way of seeing the world. Every one of them has made a genuine difference in my life, and I carry pieces of our time together with me long after class ends.

As a small business owner, every absence is felt. But even more importantly, every time you choose to show up, it is noticed, appreciated, and never taken for granted.

You aren’t simply filling a space in a class. You are helping me continue creating a place where these souls can move, rest, laugh, connect, be themselves, and know they belong. Your support keeps something deeply meaningful alive, and it helps me more than you probably realize.

Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for supporting this little business and the enormous heart behind it. Yoga Classes with Katie would not exist without your families and helpers, or without the remarkable people who make every class so special.

Every person matters here. Every family matters. Every time you show up, it matters.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 💛
