First off, thank you so much to everyone who has reached out to us about becoming a patient at MOVE, is currently a patient, has been a patient, and is currently on our waitlist. Being chosen to be a part of your healthcare team is a great honor to us. π«Ά
Our growing waitlist is a reflection of the amazing community that has become part of MOVE, and we donβt take that lightly. We do our best to predict how long each patientβs plan of care is going to take, and when we will be able to accept a new patient off of the waitlist into our schedule. But unfortunately, sometimes things take longer than intended with therapy or other issues pop-up during a patientβs plan of care.
I also want to share a little behind-the-scenes update. As our therapists navigate different seasons and chapters of life, some will be adjusting their schedules and reducing their clinical hours to prioritize work-life balance and the things that matter most outside of the clinic. I believe in supporting my team as whole people, not just as healthcare providers, and Iβm proud to create space for that.
With these schedule changes, our waitlist may be longer than usual, and we want to be transparent about that as we work to accommodate patients as thoughtfully as possible.
We know that waiting for care can be hard, especially when youβre dealing with pain, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, or trying to get back to the activities you love. We see you, we appreciate your patience, and we will continue doing our best to get you the care you need.
Thank you for supporting our small business, trusting our team, and being part of the MOVE community. Whether youβve been a patient for years or are just finding us, weβre so grateful youβre here.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
