Riverbend Rehabilitation Hospital South Ouachita Clinic is a rural walk-in health clinic. We accept Medicaid & also provide pediatric vaccinations. Transportation is provided!

If you need help filing for Medicaid, we provide free services for the application process. Riverbend Rehabilitation Hospital is an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Our focus is on individualized therapy plans that will boost your patient's confidence & independency. We can accept patient's from self, home health, hospital, & MD referrals. Inspirations of Monroe provides IOP & PHP programs for senior citizens that are struggling with life's daily challenges. We provide individual, group, & activity therapy.

In September, we introduced several new things at Riverbend, including our “Shout-Out” Board! This board gives our team and patients a place to recognize our employees for their hard work, kindness, and the difference they make each day.

The response was crazy, there were so many shout outs that the board was completely covered! We love seeing our Riverbend family celebrate and appreciate one another.

At the end of each month, one employee from the board is selected for a little extra appreciation. This month, we’re celebrating one of our wonderful CNAs, Tia! 🩵

Tia’s sweet nature, compassion, and patience shine through in the care she gives her patients. She is always willing go the extra mile and never hesitates to help wherever she’s needed.
