Customized Therapeutic and relaxation massages: integrated massage techniques combing both target work and flow to address your healing goals or simply help you relax.

$10 upgrades:

C*D

Hot stone massage: massage combined with hot stones and hot towels for deep recharging and relaxation.

Cupping : using suction to release fascia, bring new blood to areas of stagnation and dense tissue. This is also an integrated upgrade combined with massage techniques. Great for those experiencing sensitivity to touch from nerve issues or fascia restriction.

Sports Massage and injury/surgery recovery: combines massage, cupping, gentle scraping and possible stretching and resistance techniques. Catered to you and your current goals.

Stretch therapy: a clothed service. 30 minutes of stretching and neuromuscular resistance techniques to address mobility and restriction. Also just feels good to have someone else stretch you.

TMJ/jaw care

Face sculpting/face massage with light therapy and scalp massage.

$5 upgrades:
Add light therapy to any massage as well as essential oil.
