*If your kid wasnât able to see very well, would you get professional help? đ¤
*What if they werenât feeling well for months, would you see a trained doctor for guidance? đˇ
*Or what if they continued to struggle for over a year to learn academically, whether itâs the ABCâs, reading, or even math, would you find a qualified tutor or seek extra help from their teacher? đ
OR WOULD YOU JUST ASK FOR HELP ON A PARENT FB GROUP? đť
My guess is youâd find the expert in that area, and get the right help!! So, can someone PLEASE tell me why parents hope to solve their kidâs eating issues by taking advice from a stranger on FB?
Asking for referrals or searching for actual resources on social media is a wonderful tool, but letâs try to remember that kids who struggle with food will likely need more than the support from a well meaning parent who says âmy kid ate only Cheerios all day for years, why not let your kid do the same?â đ¤Śđťââď¸
