✰𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘕𝘦𝘸𝘴✰

There are moments in a career that invite reflection, gratitude, and the courage to embrace what's next. For me, this is one of those moments.

After more than 3 decades behind the chair and nearly 3 decades as the proud owner of BOND Beauty, I have the privilege of beginning an exciting new chapter.

Throughout my career, I've discovered that my greatest passion extends beyond creating beautiful hair. It lies in developing people, strengthening teams, cultivating exceptional client experiences, and helping businesses thrive. Those experiences, combined with my graduate studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, have inspired the next evolution of BOND Beauty.

For more than 35 years, I have had the privilege of consulting, educating, and developing salon professionals around the world. Today, BOND Beauty is evolving to reflect that passion. While consulting will become my primary focus, I will continue to provide salon services for a limited number of existing guests in a private studio by appointment. This allows me to maintain the meaningful relationships I have built over the years while dedicating more time to consulting and education.

Information about appointments and my private studio will be shared directly with those clients. If your appointments cannot be accommodated, you can give Bri a call: 704.437.3962.

None of this would have been possible without the trust, loyalty, and encouragement of the clients, colleagues, and friends who have supported me throughout this journey. Thank you for allowing me to grow alongside you.

I am incredibly excited about what lies ahead and look forward to continuing to serve, lead, and make a meaningful impact.

With excitement,Suzie Bond
