“I got more from this than years of therapy” 🥲 I did a sound bath for a corporation today and this is what one person said to me afterward. 🥰🎶✨🙌🥳

Sisters, I know there are so many programs out there. I’m bombarded with them daily. Alllll the spiritual workshops, masterclasses, improve improve improve! 😵‍💫

🍂 ROOTED is different, and those of you who have been in it know that (🥰) ~ this is an intimate, homespun, you-are-enough-just-as-you-are CIRCLE of women you get to cultivate friendships with!

It’s not another huge program you forget to watch the recording of.

It’s a true gathering. It feels like we are sitting together in a cozy circle, eating soup, drinking tea, and laughing.

Keeping each other warm during the tough months.

Hibernation is so crucial in the winter. Take that bra off, girl! Put on your robe and I’ll turn the kettle on 🥰🍂💛🍁

ROOTED has limited spots to keep things intimate. It does usually fill 💛

Meet the next Earth Medicine Practitioners 🌿💛🌿 This was my first time leading a group of 15 women through the apprenticeship over 6 weeks ~ and it was such an honor! I will definitely be offering this again!!! So much Pure Magic happened and plants, animals, stones, and the elements all had so much wisdom to share 🌿💛🙏✨🐢🧚🍂🍄🌳🦊🐸

This will be a beautiful & short group silent hike down to the creek where we will rest and receive the medicine of wild water, forest, and sound. 🌿💛

It was such a 🌻joyful pleasure🌻 to sit on this cozy hay bale and play soul music at the Little Blue River Wellness Festival ! You should definitely go next year! 🌿🌻🌳🐴🌱 Spirited workshops about wellness, massage, energy workers, horse meditations, floating sound baths, live music, camping and more! It’s in September in central Indiana. 🥰

It feels SO good to sing with sisters. Keep your eye open for a sisterhood singing RETREAT! Maybe in the spring. 🥰😍🎶✨ Let me know in the comments if you’re interested. It’s not about sounding good~ it’s about FEELING good 😍🌈🌻🦋🌼🎶

We are singing a song from the Community Singing Movement by Molly Hartwell.
