You won't see me dancing, being silly for attention, or recording my sessions with my clients.
Full disclosure, with permission there may be a before and after every once in a while.
BUT
I didn't end up in this profession for that.
I truly love working with skin. You can tell alot about a person by what shows up regarding the health of their skin and I love the investigating I do to help get to the root cause and see transformation.
I enjoy life updates, oversharing, occasional venting, and most of all the encouragement we both receive when hearing about all the good stuff going on in our lives.
I also love the times that are totally silent and trust me, you are not the only one relaxing.

When I started doing facials years ago, there was 1 thing that stood out loud and clear

My guests were not seeing results in their skin care routines at home.

Acne in specific areas
Dry dull skin
Hypersensitive skin
Reactive skin
Puffy prone around the eyes
Constant blackheads
Etc.

I was hearing the same story. I've gotten facials before and I just cant seem to get ahead.

This is my last resort then I'm done.

As estheticians, especially the new ones, we are taught basics of facials, sanitizations, and a feel good facial modality. We are not taught to ask questions to find root causes because that is NOT supposedly in our sphere of practice.

However, for many years that is exactly what I have done and here's why.

Whatever is showing up on your skin or how your skin responds to skin care products is a sign of what your body is experiencing on the inside.

You can not find lasting results with only topical treatments and prevention. Deeper layers need to be addressed
