🏡💚 DSP Recognition Week Spotlight: Residential Services

Throughout DSP Recognition Week, we’re introducing some of the 15 ArcMorris Direct Support Professionals selected to attend the inaugural Empowering Excellence Conference!

Today, we’re celebrating our Residential DSPs—the team members who help make a house a home while supporting the people we serve in living lives that reflect their own choices, goals, routines, and interests.

From supporting daily living and health needs to community outings, relationships, new experiences, and greater independence, Residential DSPs are there for so many of the moments—big and small—that make up everyday life.

🌟 Swipe through to meet our Residential Empowering Excellence attendees and hear, in their own words, what this work and the opportunity to attend the conference mean to them.

Help us celebrate them in the comments! 👏💚
