Guidance for week of October 11, 2026:“Walk Softly on this Heart of Mine”

Midway through Libra season, we’re reminded that the gentle, consistent application of care, love, support ~ and perhaps prayer~ can shift the insurmountable. It’s the quiet acts of service that happen silently in the background. It’s the “showing up” without fanfare, overthinking, or need for overt acknowledgement. Reliable, supportive, accommodating. Sands are shifting ~ situations & relationships alike~ and yet we’re urged to “keep calm & carry on”. Some connections may naturally burn out or go flat, but you are to let it despite the prickly uncomfortable feelings of chaos that might arise. If they do fade, it’s because each is expressing their own unique point of view, one that no longer harmonizes with your own. Partnerships don’t need to be exact, but they should hum somewhat in tune with each other. Chaos reflects how I personally see people. Like a fractal, or the cut of a crystal, each facet shares a common edge, connected as one whole jewel. Yet each one sees the world from a slightly different vantage point. None are wrong, and each is somewhat correct ~ but limited in scope. Just an individual aspect of experience from a singular soul. Gently keep this in mind if something pulls away. It should be a natural unloosening ~ like a satin bow coming undone at the slightest tug. Apotheosis encourages the rising of individual consciousness, where we strive for the betterment of our internal condition, free from unnecessary heaviness & that which maybe corrupts our soul just a little bit. Some relationships/ situations can be like that. It will show you where you have struggled in vain before to rise above or transcend irreconcilable differences, and perhaps how life was made harder by your struggle to keep them.

Guidance for week of October 4, 2026 “Not through Force, but through Allowing”

Something new must displace the status quo to promote growth. When a comfortable 4 begins to calcify, forward movement is prevented. This necessary change (5), however, will have to be self-initiated (1). The Birth card reinforces the message ~ something new is pushing through, gaining momentum, and yet is still in a fragile state. Like childbirth itself, it’s guided by its own innate natural process, one that doesn’t require manipulation, force, or imposed parameters, but careful facilitation. Libra season ~ an air sign ruled by Venus, fostering teamwork and cooperation ~ seeks to bring a sweet harmony into existence. It encourages us to use honey rather than vinegar to persuade others toward our way of thinking, rather than forcing them on board. The Emperor represents the method we’re currently using: an Aries, directive energy that calls the shots, takes the lead, makes the rules, and expects others to follow. Like vinegar, it can leave a sour taste. Both Cardinal energies, yet energetic opposites in their approach. Aries can come across as headstrong, even aggressively rude at times, while Libra is on its best behavior, striving to remain fair and diplomatic. More listening than orchestrating would serve us better here. The High Priestess stays quiet, keeping her thoughts/opinions/conversations to herself. She knows there are stronger forces at work. She puts her trust in the Divine and in her own inner knowing, letting the magic do its job. The Following Card tells us know why this soft, mentoring approach is important. As humans we learn through contrast. People must learn through their own mistakes. It’s through the first-hand experience of the negative & positive, along with tuning into our inner knowing, that we hopefully learn how to successfully navigate. It’s better off trying to teach one to listen to their own guidance offering support rather than giving them the instructions. It’s not about expanding your own power but helping them develop theirs through accessing individual insight & charting their own course, their way.

Guidance for week of September 27, 2026:
“A Shift in Focus into a Workable Reality”

The Libido is the situation at hand. Desire ~ what do you want? It can relate to our s*xual nature, but really it’s anything we’re lusting after. It’s the primal life force energy within each of us, motivating us to move forward & get our needs met. Handled well, desire is productive ~ it births something beautifully original, immerses you in pleasure & play. Handled poorly, it’s the precursor to a downfall: all-consuming, messy, ultimately destructive. Which version will you choose? Right now, you’re focused on what’s lost ~a fixation on your “spilled milk.” But what’s done is done. There’s no going back; that Rubicon river has been crossed. The way out isn’t in what’s pooling on the ground~ it’s behind you, the bridge into the 4 of Wands, grounding (4) after conflict (5). What do you actually desire? To keep wallowing in disappointment, or to celebrate what comes next? First, take off that dark cloak you’re wearing before crossing because it’s about to tip over and ruin whatever’s left in your cups. Easier said than done ~ you’ve earned the right to grieve, and I’m not denying the pain or turmoil felt. But the stone fortress in the background tells me you’ve been camped here far too long, building walls between yourself & the very life force that wants to move you forward. 4 of Wands is an invitation into the land of the living ~ the other side of that bridge, welcoming stability & contentment. It’s Libido expressed well: desire channeled instead of drowned in. Associated with Venus in Aries, it can symbolize lust, the drive to get what you want, and the reminder that asserting yourself is an act of self-love. Its charming & warm energy is the perfect medicine for a wounded soul. The new archetype you’re being asked to wear now: someone who appears gentle but is actually forceful and determined underneath. Recognize the support around you ~ they want to see you happy again. Celebrate what you’ve accomplished, not what you’ve lost. You just have to want it.

Guidance for week of September 20, 2026:
““World in My Eyes””

Saturn, like the Witch reversed, carries conservative and conventional energy — which isn’t always a bad or oppressive thing. It asks you to apply the brakes in a situation that feels too changeable, offering a chance to slow down and pull your energy inward so you can get serious and disciplined about how you truly want to express yourself in the world. It’s an invitation to carefully consider how best to use your talents and gifts. Both cards explore themes of self-identity in an ever-changing environment: Can you stay adaptable while remaining true to yourself — to your values and private thoughts, the things that reveal what you actually feel — rather than conforming to the shapes others build for you?
In terms of expressing your identity, where have you either played it too safe, or rejected convention just for the sake of rebellion? Either way, you may be trying to fit into a shape that isn’t quite true to who you are — a phase of costuming you’re working through.
You don’t need to throw the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to convention. Established processes have lasted this long because they actually work. But you can draw from them for inspiration — the way a painter studies life not to copy it, but to express their own unique perspective.
The Painter is ultimately an interpreter of the world they witness. Your task is to bring forward your unique vision, filtered through your own perspective and experience — painting the situation the way you’ve imagined it could become, in your own voice, your own style, using the colors in your own paintbox. Let this be a playful expression of whatever you’ve been imagining, dreaming, envisioning. Bring it into the world — translate that vision into something tangible and real.

Guidance for week of September 13, 2026:
“Separate Ways”

Pluto energy can be destructive or regenerative, depending on its use ~ typically one precedes the other clearing away everything no longer useful in our lives. Pluto rules s*x, life, death, and our ability to evolve toward our true potential. It governs guilt, creating villains & victims through its devastating nature. But after the destruction & purification of the soul comes a promise of liberation ~ the parting of ways with something unhealthy ~ deciding it’s killing you more to stay than to go.
Here, Pluto shows up around Separation in a relationship you’re saying goodbye to. Uranus is the split ~ the break from anyone/anything you once had an attraction to, a contract with, or a lasting bond with. This doesn’t have to mean divorce or a dramatic romantic breakup ~ it can be as simple as breaking a toxic habit you’ve been giving your power away to. Either way, it’s time to go your separate ways.
At first you’ll feel like a fish out of water ~ overwhelmed, unable to heed your own advice or hear your inner knowing, falling prey to others who don’t know the particulars. But you’ll learn to honor that inner voice ~ the one that’s been screaming like a PSA, warning you that you were losing yourself trying to maintain this relationship. Were you misled, or did you naively let yourself be compromised? Doesn’t matter ~ it’s time to lovingly let it go & create a new beginning. This may not be the news that pleases the other ~ but it speaks the truth of your soul.
A whole new world opens up. New opportunities/ possibilities are at hand, ready for you to step into. A protective bubble grows around you as you test this out & put the past to bed. You’re beating the odds now ~ you get your flowers. Just don’t beat yourself up in the process. Hard as it is, you may have to muscle through this on your own steam. But the struggle is temporary, so don’t make it harder than it needs to be. Only carry what’s essential ~and only what’s actually yours. Put the responsibility, including the guilt, back on others where it belongs.

Guidance for week of
September 6, 2026: “Running out of Time”

The Moira, personification of destiny, speaks to reconciling yourself with your life circumstances and coming to terms with them. This stirs a bitter inner conflict: do you struggle to choose a different path, or accept what fate has brought? It’s a harsh realization that one’s fate is the result of prior choices ~ the karma of habit. Saturn fights for your soul here: will you stay hard, unyielding, and hostile, cursing life, or will you accept and make the most of the time allotted to you? The Moira takes measure of the life already lived, reminding us that it’s short enough as it is, yet could still be cut at any moment. Will you remain bitter, or glean the wisdom Saturn offers ~ face fear directly and take a different approach?
The 2 of Wands mirrors this choice of a new path, but taken with courage, perhaps inventing something new from the life experience already acquired. Honestly, it’s about reclaiming your power rather than cursing wasted time ~ exploring the possibilities that can move you forward.
Getting from Point A to B, the King of Swords expresses Capricorn’s mature, pragmatic responsibility, directing this research with strategy and clear thinking. The riskiest part is simply lighting that first fire, but he faces it analytically and honestly, leaning on logic and the resources at hand rather than illusion or wishful thinking. He looks at the heart of the situation with an objective eye, refraining from impulse ~ this is fire and air energy. The Sphinx confirms “clarity before action,” and perhaps discretion too: don’t speak of your plans while still in the research stage. This difficult problem requires constructive contemplation.
Do this, and the 9 of Cups promises real satisfaction and a renewed enjoyment of life ~ a wish fulfilled, that feeling of having made it. Emotional comfort, contentment, and material happiness all improve. You end up in a far better place than where you started.

Guidance for week of August 9, 2026: “Everything Will Be Ok”

This week speaks to hidden transformation & the time spent cultivating future actions & objectives. First, it asks you to let go of something (a sacrifice) so that something more desirable can be born. A transformation~ a new energy or form built from what has been nurtured & patiently grown within you~quietly accumulating under the surface, waiting for fertile ground to take root & rise.
Ingwaz, the rune of internal growth, calls back to a situation where you felt unfairly punished or painfully misunderstood. Despite that trial, you made the best of a bad situation. The time spent ‘in exile” was exactly what you needed to center your thoughts & energy. Something developed quietly inside, changing you incrementally. Looking back on that experience now, you can see you gained skills that made you self-sufficient, while also receiving well-timed support ~arriving exactly when you needed it most. That period was life-altering. Now you know future successes will be built on the resolve, skill, & confidence you proved to yourself back then.
The story unfolding now: powerful, protective forces shield you from outside harm. It’s almost as if a heavenly hand insulates & protects you & your house. The Castle & its roots, point to home, family & ancestry~ the love of those present & those who’ve passed, have built an elaborate defense around you, guarding against further catastrophe or roadblocks. Their lasting love insulates you from outside darkness. The rest of the world moves on while you & yours are protected in this bubble of love. If you didn’t know this before, you know it now. This should alleviate any anxiety about planning for the future. You can safely take advantage of opportunities, or make a decision, without having a clear plan first. You already have the skills to navigate what comes~ and you’ll get support exactly when you need it, all while being held by loving, protective forces. You can trust the process even though you can’t see the steps ahead yet.

Guidance for the week of March 29th 2026: Collective Knowing

The Altar card speaks to Cause & Effect—the consequence or result of actions taken. Some call this karma, & it has been holding us back collectively. There’s a need for critical evaluation of who & what we’ve been worshiping. What have we been paying homage to? Where have we been dedicating our energies, & has the cost proven too high? Consider ritualistic obedience to something ancient, demanding, & vampiric—or something more modern, digital, & algorithmic. Each demands a sacrifice. Both compete for human attention as a valuable resource, treating it like a commodity that can be captured & monetized in some form. Some aspects of this structure are visibly falling away, changing quickly right before our eyes. We question what “liquidity” fills in its place. This change was expected, even if you were unaware of its movement or unsure how to channel its flow to cut new paths. What’s missing is fluidity & willingness to embrace freedom. Many do not seem to want to change this paradigm, but resistance will only bring more pain than necessary. There’s potential to harvest energy from this waterfall. Why not maximize the efficiency of this energy collection for our own benefit? Gather your energy to join with others—gain momentum to overcome & ride through this process with greater ease, stepping into a new space, a new paradigm. The importance lies in enacting this strong desire for change—to exit the system. This entrance into a new life requires both an internal & external conscious shift. Some will not step through. Door represents crossing a threshold, an expansion of limits & boundaries, gaining new access. We focus on letting something new in & allowing something stale to take their leave. I’m not going to pretend to know what this “something new” is exactly. While there may be new vistas, invigorating possibilities, & expanded horizons, “there are dangers outside your front door” as well. This paradigm has lasted for centuries—I can’t imagine a time in recorded history when it wasn’t so. Is this a freefall into something new? An invitation? I guess we’ll discover together.
