This event is for ages 2 to 14. Race distances and times are organized by age:
- Ages 2 to 7, 1k at 1 pm

It's official! We've hit October. The year might be flying by but with each new month is a new CDHD Direct Service to highlight. This month, we're taking a peek at Healthy Active Lifestyle's Healthy Cooking Classes.

These are free cooking classes focused on preparing easy healthy dishes at home. They are open to people with disabilities in the Moscow area. Each class offers a different theme, with recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. They are perfect for beginners looking to build their skills through guided instruction. And, you get to taste test the results!
