💪 Strong, steady, and in control! 💙

We love incorporating exercises like this into my clients’ workouts because they challenge so much more than just muscle strength!

Here, she’s performing a dumbbell farmer’s carry with controlled steps, working on her grip strength, core stability, posture, balance, and coordination all at once.

The goal isn’t to move fast. It’s to stay tall, keep the core engaged, control the weights, and make every step intentional.

And here’s why I love this exercise so much: It directly translates to everyday life! Whether you’re carrying groceries, walking with something heavy, or simply wanting to feel more stable on your feet, this is the kind of strength that matters.

It’s not always about lifting heavier. Sometimes it’s about learning to move better while carrying the load. 💙
