This solar return felt especially meaningful. ✨

It’s been almost a full year of us as a family of four — a year of so much birth, rebirth, growth, and change.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the beautiful people in my life and for all the love I felt being celebrated this year. My heart is very full.

Cheers to another trip around the sun. 🥂☀️✨

Take a pause from the busyness of life and give your nervous system the space to exhale.

During this intimate group Biofield Tuning experience, you’ll simply get comfortable, relax, and receive as I work with tuning forks in the energetic field to help bring areas of stress, overwhelm, and stagnation back into greater harmony.

People often leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply restored.

Whether you’re feeling emotionally drained, mentally scattered, or simply craving time to reconnect with yourself, this is a beautiful opportunity to reset in a supportive community space.

✨ No experience is necessary—just come as you are.

Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot.

I can’t wait to share this experience with you. 💛

✨ Tuning Into Flow ✨

Join me online on July 12 for a group Biofield Tuning experience designed to help you release resistance, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and invite more ease into your life.

One of the things I love most about online Biofield Tuning is that you get to receive from the comfort of your own home. No rushing out the door. No commute. Just you, a cozy blanket, your favorite spot, and space to relax deeply while receiving the tuning.

Biofield Tuning works with the body’s electrical system and energy field, helping to bring greater coherence to patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or feeling stuck.
If you’ve been craving more flow, alignment, and ease, I’d love to have you join us.

My closing of the bones was a sacred and deeply momentous experience — one that honored not just the physical, but the energetic completion of this season of motherhood.

Our family is complete. My journey of bringing life into this world is complete. And there is something profoundly beautiful about honoring that truth with intention and ceremony.

This ritual was held with so much love, surrounded by the people I call my soul family. I am endlessly grateful to , , and every beautiful soul who held space and poured their hearts into this moment.

This closure carries both grief and excitement — because endings, when honored, create room for something new to unfold. I don’t know exactly where this next chapter leads, but I am open, I am grounded, and I am so ready.

🌿 Here’s to the next season. 🌿

Special thanks for .g.noe .pulford.nashville for all your support ❤️

We’ll use the frequencies of tuning forks to clear energetic noise + reconnect you with your inner clarity, strength, and truth.
