10 Years of Services By Kim & 39 Years of God's Grace! 💜

As Chapter 38 comes to a close, I can't help but reflect on how blessed I am. Blessed beyond measure!

If you had told me years ago that I'd be celebrating 10 years of SBK, with an amazing team, multiple locations, and a business that has grown into a women's wellness ministry, I wouldn't have believed you. I truly didn't see this coming!

God gave me a caring heart, the gift of healing, and a passion for supporting women. What started as simply wanting to help people feel better has become so much more. And none of it is because of anything I've earned or accomplished on my own. It's all by His grace and mercy.

To every client who has trusted me, supported me, prayed for me, or encouraged me along the way, THANK YOU! You've allowed me to pour into your lives, but so many of you have poured right back into mine. I'll never take that for granted.

This photo was taken on Mars Hill in Athens, Greece, where the Apostle Paul boldly preached about the one true God in a city filled with idol worship (Acts 17). Standing in that very place was such a humbling experience. It reminded me of the importance of standing firm in my faith and being obedient to God, even when it's uncomfortable. I'm grateful for how SBK has grown, but even more grateful for how God has grown ME.

As I enter Chapter 39, my prayer is for more boldness, deeper faith, and the courage to follow wherever God leads. I've allowed fear and doubt to hold me back at times, and I don't want to keep doing that.

I'm excited (and a little nervous) about what God has planned next. I don't know what this next chapter holds, but I know Who holds it!

10 years of SBK. 39 years of life. Countless blessings I could never earn, and a testimony God is still writing.

The Heart Behind the Work 💜

Ten years ago, I started Services By Kim because I loved helping people. A decade later, after all the growth, changes, new services, new locations and lessons along the way, that part hasn’t changed.

Romans 12:10–11 reminds me that serving people well isn’t just about what I do for a living. It’s part of how I serve God.

For me, that means caring about the person on my table, not just completing another massage. It means showing up for a mother during labor when she’s tired and needs encouragement. It means pouring into another therapist or doula and helping her grow in her own gifts. And sometimes it simply means listening, being present and making someone feel cared for.

I never want SBK to become so focused on growing that we forget **why we’re growing in the first place.**

After 10 years, my prayer is that we continue to serve with love, stay passionate about the work God has given us, and always remember the people behind every appointment, every birth and every story.

10 Years of Services By Kim: A Special Thank You to My Husband 💜

I couldn’t celebrate 10 years of Services By Kim without acknowledging someone who has played a big role in my growth, my husband, Dexter.

From helping me find direction in my business to bringing my ideas to life through Endless Cinematic Solutions, he’s contributed so much behind the scenes.

If you know Dexter, you know he’s big on details and doesn’t believe in doing anything halfway. He’s challenged me to think bigger, step outside my comfort zone, and see potential in things I may have overlooked.

He also reminds me that while I’m busy taking care of everyone else, I need to make time for myself, too.

Building a business comes with its challenges, and I know being married to an entrepreneur isn’t always easy either. Lol.

Thank you for sharing your gifts, pushing me to grow, and being part of this journey. I love you, and I appreciate you! 💜

As we celebrate 10 years of Services By Kim, I want to recognize the amazing community partners and affliates who have supported us along the way.

Building a business isn’t just about the clients you serve—it’s also about the relationships you build within your community.

Over the years, we’ve had businesses, birth professionals, wellness providers and organizations believe in what we do, refer families to us, collaborate with us, share our name, open doors for us and simply cheer us on.

Some partnerships have lasted for years. Others are newer relationships that I’m excited to see grow. Every one of them has played a part in the SBK story.

One thing these 10 years have taught me is that **we were never meant to do this work alone.**

Our partnership with **Well Rounded Mamas** may be newer, but it has already been such a blessing! Connecting with other women who share the same passion for supporting mothers and families is something I truly value.

Have you ever wondered why I Wash My Clients’ feet?

If you’ve ever had a massage with me, you know that I begin every session by washing your feet.

It may seem like a simple part of the service, but for me, it has always meant more.

In John 13, Jesus—the teacher and leader—knelt down and washed the feet of His disciples. It was an act of humility, care and service.

That example has stayed with me throughout my work.

For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of using my hands to care for people. Washing my clients’ feet at the beginning of each session is a small reminder to myself of **how I want to serve**—with humility, intention and genuine care.

Before the massage begins, before I work on the tension or address the pain, I start by serving.

Because no matter how much Services By Kim grows, how many locations we have, or how many years pass, I never want to lose sight of the heart behind it all.

**To serve. To care. And to use the gifts God gave me to care for His people.**

As we celebrate 10 years of Services By Kim, I have to take a moment to celebrate the women who have helped me carry this vision.

Being the owner may mean my name is attached to the business, but SBK has grown far beyond just me. Each woman who has been part of this team has brought her own gifts, ideas, experience and heart for serving others.

You all have supported me, encouraged me, challenged me, and even inspired me to think bigger about what SBK could become. There are things we offer today and directions we've grown that were inspired by the gifts I saw in you.

10 Years. Countless Stories. Meet Ko with Seventh Heaven Birthwork. 💜

As we celebrate 10 years of Services By Kim, I’m taking some time to look back at the people and stories that have made these years so meaningful.

Ko’s story is especially special to me. I had the privilege of supporting her during the birth of her third baby, and today, she is a Certified Full Spectrum Doula herself. To know that our time together played even a small part in where God has led her today is one of those full-circle moments that reminds me why I do this work.

Here’s what Ko shared:

"Hello, my name is Ko and I had the privilege of hiring Kim as my Doula when I was expecting my 3rd baby. She was an absolute blessing and was a part of helping me have an empowering birthing experience.

As a woman of faith, I was determined to have a supernatural birth with the help of Holy Spirit. She respected and supported that fully, and God nor Kim did NOT disappoint because my birth was absolutely beautiful!
