Governor Bob Ferguson signed an Executive Order today that helps normalize the conversation around perimenopause and menopause in Washington State. We are proud to have President Sarai Childs representing us on this important issue.

We applaud Washington State for bringing greater awareness to an issue that impacts many employees and families. We appreciate this is not a mandate for employers; it helps elevate an important conversation.

At Business Health Trust, we're proud that Nice Healthcare, included with most of our medical plans, provides access to perimenopause and menopause treatment at no cost. This level of support goes beyond what is typically available through many health plans and reflects our commitment to being a valuable resource for our members and their overall well-being.
