Because I actually tattooed today, for the first time in 2 months (technically tomorrow is 2 months).

We started this piece before the summer. She came back in today for some soft shading around the outside a couple of little touch ups and white highlights!
All linework and shading is healed 😊

What a fu***ng power move.

Grateful to be in this position is an understatement.

As a single parent with multiple littles, small support system (in my personal life), two businesses, HELLA STRONG BOUNDARIES, very, VERY different working hours, and an overall unique flow and vibe, 👏🏼 I 👏🏼made👏🏼 this 👏🏼happen.

Getting voted in like this was not something I aimed to do, I did not make it a specific goal of mine. But it's pretty freaking awesome it happened.

Stop playing small. Don't tell yourself you're not good enough to do something grand. Dream even bigger and just go for it. So thankful I have followed my intuition all the way here. I am so open and ready for where it's taking me next!

If any of these specific dates work for you, please include them on your form. If there are dates that absolutely do not work for you, please include those on your form and note that they do not work so it is clear.

If you have never scheduled with me or are new here, (hello 🫶🏼), please take into consideration that my books usually fill very quickly. There are times the forms are only enabled for a few hours. If I get 50+ forms submitted within a few hours, I have to disable them so I can sift through and not have too many I am unable to schedule!

If you would like to schedule multiple appointments during this time frame, we can do that! You do not need to submit multiple forms. Just include that info on your form 😊

HHHHIIIIIIIII!!!

I just logged onto the tattoo account for the first time in what seems like forever. I noticed there are some messages in the inbox I'll sift through as I have the time!

School starts next week for us! We have EXTREMELY mixed feelings about it. I know lots of others are in the same boat. Wondering where the F summer went with all of our time 😭

🎉 HAPPY THIRD BIRTHDAY, INK FOR THE SOUL 🎉

Sitting here wondering how on earth it's been 3 years since I've opened my studio.

So much has happened since then. Gobs of GROWTH, lessons learned, obstacles overcome, loss, connections made and embraced, love, WISDOM, boundaries set, strength found, HEALING.

I am so thankful for each and every one of you. I wouldn't be where I am today, in life, in my career and in my spiritual evolution, if it wasn't for you ALL!

Thank you for trusting me with your only skin in this lifetime. Thank you for trusting me with being in your personal space and energy field. Thank you for sharing bits and pieces of your hearts and life with me. Thank you for the love. Thank you all for leading me to where I am supposed to be!

This is going to be lengthy and not really tattoo related so, catch ya next time if this isn't for you 👐🏼

Years ago I had a light bulb moment. Something came into my awareness. It shook me to my absolute core and once I dipped my toes in, there was no turning back. Since then, I have grown SO MUCH as an individual. It really makes me happy to acknowledge my own growth. As this stuff came into my awareness, my awareness also grows and advances. Bringing to light even more areas of my SELF and life here that need tuning. Since the end of spring/beginning of summer, in 2022, I have been off of all anxiety/depression medications. I have been very mindful and proactive about finding clean low or non toxic items to use in and for my body (and my kids) as well as my house. I have switched out so many things, like deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, facial cleansing products, candles, laundry soap and more! Once I began noticing how everuthing was BEYOND contaminated, it made me so angry. I have been well aware of companies poisoning us. They do not want us to evolve in any way, shape or form. And they know, they KNOW our TRUE power as human beings. They don't want us to access it. If we do, it's over for them entirely. There has been a massive collective shift in energies/frequencies within the past 6-ish months. The scales have tipped. We have already won but they're still trying. And our lives and bodies and minds are still being poisoned. (That's an entire rabbit hole I could take you down if you haven't gone down it yourself.) It's very important we all step into this awareness and wake up to the things that are causing us so much harm on a cellular and energetic level! Since cutting out all of these products, which ALSO INCLUDED all coffee (probably one of the best things I cut out), my body is functioning much better than before.

So much of this change and healing has happened due to Mary with Restorative Therapeutics. I've talked about her and her unlimited wisdom with SO MANY OF YOU! Mary is "my hormone lady". I met her through my massage therapist (who is also incredible, Krista @ Awaken Therapeutics) and it's changed my life. Not only is she full of educational knowledge, she is very intuitive and spiritually open, connecting with her and my (your/our) guides to help better out experiences and growth. She also has the ability to help you on an energetic level. Since starting my journey with Mary 6 months ago, I have had a complete 360 in my menstrual cycles, (I can absolutely go into detail if you wanna know), I have lost 15 # without yet implementing exercise, my eating habits have changed entirely, the things I crave or am hungry for are SO DIFFERENT than before, I am far more connected and in tune with my body. I am able to step into my power more authentically and fully. I am learning (re-learning) what that even means or looks like for me at this point in my life. I am learning what it means to live life honoring my body and all that I am. I have NEVER before, honored myself, in any way. It's really sad when I think about it.

Since Mary has shed light on so many aspects and learning things about my body that I (WE ALL) should have been taught as a child, I have also furthered my research regarding hormones and endocrine disruptors. I have learned that if you spot before or after your bleed, that is abnormal and you have an imbalance. I have learned that napping can be one of the healthiest things you can do for your body and mind. I have learned that it's ok to take said naps during bits of free time. I have learned that every symptom you may have during or before you menstruation can be prevented. I have learned that all conditions (like PCOS) are REVERSIBLE. You do not have to live with discomfort or dis-ease for the rest of your life. There are so many ways that are convenient and practical that will help alleviate things and even eradicate them. I have learned that I don't need a single drop of pharmaceuticals to heal myself. I have learned that listening to your body is so easy once you allow yourself to hear it. I have learned that my body is fu***ng wonderful, no matter what I have been taught or led to believe. I have learned that I am supported in many ways and can be my own support. I have learned that I am not a burden, I am not broken, I am not too much, my body is not lying to me nor is it working against me.

I, like many others, have been pushed to so many different types of pharmaceuticals to be "my best" or "healthiest". Or to "make this symptom go away". I was lied to. You, are being lied to.

If you are tired of bandaid fixes, if you are tired of being ignored, tired of being stuck in the same painful cycle, if you are done feeling powerless and feeling like your body is working against you, I really, REALLY encourage you to reach out to Mary. Or at the very least, follow her the to get a taste of her magic. Or do your own research on healing your body NATURALLY. I promise, you do not need a medication, you don't need a horomone-mimicking injection, you don't need to ignore it until it goes away, you don't need to ignore your body and all of the ways it is screaming at you. The knowledge is out there, it is here and accessible NOW.

Healing on this level is a commitment and a total lifestyle change. From the conversations I have had with many of you, you're ready. Don't let your mind hold you back any longer.

Mary has helped me take the healing journey I started 4 years ago to an entirely new level 🥰

I've gotten to do so many super cool pieces recently! I have gobs to share on here (eventually 😅 maybe).

I usually try to make posts a night so they're seen by more people.... but I'm bad about scheduling them out and have also been going to sleep earlier. Life seems better for me when I go to bed early.

I, myself, am understaffed in life as a whole. Taking time to rest my body and honor its needs has been my biggest challenge for a while. I'm trying my best to do better. And at times, that means I don't have the extra space or energy to even respond to messages. I am going to take time today and tomorrow to get everyone answered and my May schedule filled. If any dates become available, I will offer them up as first come first served!

Sooooooo, it's almost May and summer. Yes, I have still been tattooing. No, I haven't been posting much. Life has been so busy 🥰

I mentioned weeks ago opening my books for the remainder of May. Since then, I have scheduled people for second sessions and have had to use some of those dates to reschedule others. I only have maybe 5ish days left available for May 😬

I will NOT be enabling the forms to fill those days. I have some messages I need to respond to as of right now but if you're wanting to try to get in with me in May, send me a message with your design ideas and all the other details. I'll let you know what dates and times I have left.

Summer scheduling is going to look VERY different this year. I DO NOT (will not) have regular child care for my kids! This means I won't be able to schedule out far at all. We are talking same week scheduling/appointments to maybe 2/3 weeks out in advance, tops. I will also not be working all week throughout the summer. The amount of work days will vary depending on help with my kids and our summer plans! I really want to spend as much time with them as possible, soaking up more of their childhood and sunshine with them 🥰

As of right now, I am unable to schedule for the beginning of June until mid-ish May! So we have a few weeks before I circle back around to bring up summer availability again!

Something I have also been doing with myself for the past few months, seeing the strength within myself!

I am on a path like so many of you, searching for things inside of myself. Finding out what the term self-love actually means. It doesn't mean getting yourself iced coffee in the morning. It's unapologetically setting boundaries between you and whatever takes energy from you. It's showing up for yourself, wherever you may be in your life path. It's honoring what your body tells you it needs, in all moments. It's allowing yourself the grace you give every other single person around you. It's forgiving yourself of every and all mistakes you have made, and for those you will continue to make. It's remembering that you deserve love. You are love. Getting back in touch with that is pure magic.

To everyone on this same path and course, I want you to know that I am proud of you! It's such a hard path to walk some (most) days. You learning and teaching yourself to show up for yourself is huge. The things we are going through are literally shaping the future for ourselves, children and grandchildren. You are facing so many things that no one before you was brave enough to confront.

Things seem to be on the up with our health. Although I feel each time I say that something else pops its head around the corner 😂
We are all doing better. It's just been a process. So much of what we have been going through has also been energetic. All three of us are so sensitive to energies and fluctuations, there has been a MASSIVE collective shift. And it's not done just yet. Alongside that, I, personally, am going through a huge transformation. A disintegration and integration, simultaneously. It's been a wild ride.

Wanted to make a post updating @everyone I was hoping to have started scheduling again by now, taking clients this past week at least a day or two, however, some sicknesses have hit our family and I'm finally (I hope anyways) at the tail end of whatever I got. I do have a little one starting kindergarten very, very soon. My mama heart is so sad about it!! I had planned on taking some days off anyways to help her prepare + adjust to being in school. Most of you know neither of my kids have been in daycare or school before so this will be a first for the both of us! During the next few weeks I MAY just fill some of my days randomly, not starting any large projects just yet, keeping things smaller for the time being. Then after the next few weeks beginning to fill my schedule for the next month or two! I am really excited to share with you all some things I have been working on as far as designing and practicing! I hope you all will be just as excited as I am! RECAP(bc nobody reads things I post): I'm getting over being sick, still not taking clients + scheduling appts, may take clients within the next couple of weeks for smaller things, will resume normal scheduling after school starts.
