Cold Plunge FAQ’s
Q: How long should you plunge for?
A: Give yourself a goal and build from it.
I’ve already seen many clients stay in for 3 plus minutes on their first plunge!
Q: How clean is the water and what is the temperature?
A: We drain the water every 3 days and add chlorine so it acts just like a pool.
This tub is very advanced and comes with an app where we can control the temperature. We like to keep it between 47°-55°.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Your first plunge is only $10 if you post to your social media. After that, it’s only $29 for a walk in or you can purchase a package of 5 for $99. Those are of course shareable!
