Applied Behavior Analysis is a scientific approach to understanding behavior and how it is affected by the environment. Through decades of research, the field of behavior analysis has developed many techniques for increasing useful behaviors and reducing those that may be harmful or interfere with learning. WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS? ABA methods have been used successfully wit
h many learners of all ages, with and without disabilities, in many different settings. Since the 1960's, a wide variety of ABA techniques have been developed for building useful skills in learners with autism of all ages. ABA methods are used to develop skills like looking, listening and imitating, as well as complex skills like reading, conversing, and interacting with peers.

We have immediate openings for ABA Therapy at our Pendleton location. The Hillcroft ABA Clinic has been providing intensive one-on-one therapy, individualized academic instruction, social skills training, and play and group instruction for children starting at the age of two since 2010.
We provide behavior modification therapy for children and young adults diagnosed with Autism and related disorders.

Our employee spotlight for this week is Jackie! She has been with Hillcroft for 7 years, and works as a BCBA at both of our locations! Jackie has worked in several positions at the clinic. Happy Graduation Day to this amazing kiddo! Since starting at the ABA Clinic in 2021, he has blossomed into a caring young man. Last fall he was awarded with the Sr. Butterfly award and has worked so hard to transition to school full-time this spring!! We are truly going to miss your energy, fun loving personality and that infectious smile! Best of luck as you continue to grow and learn!

Recently our Hillcroft ABA Clinic was awarded a $1,000 grant from the Muncie Rotary Club to help with the purchase of a brand new bounce house for our ABA kiddos! We are very grateful for all that the Rotary Club of Muncie does supporting our community while always putting service above self!
