Get Well Clinic Permanently Closing
Dear Patients and Community,
It has been our absolute pleasure and privilege to serve our patients and community for the past 20 years. With a heavy heart, we want to inform you that Get Well Clinic will be permanently closing effective August 13, 2026.
We are truly grateful for the trust and support you have given us throughout the years. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey and for trusting us with the care of you and your family.

Although Get Well Clinic is closing, our providers will continue caring for their patients at their new location.
