Most people believe that the greatest danger on the spiritual path is a lack of knowledge.
But over time, I’ve become convinced that the opposite is true.
One of the greatest illusions begins the moment we start believing we’ve already figured everything out.
That we’ve already learned this lesson.
That this issue no longer applies to us.
That we’ve become «conscious enough.»
The paradox is that this is exactly the moment when we stop seeing our own blind spots.
As long as we remain open to new understanding, we continue to grow.
But the moment the inner voice says, «I already know,» our growth can quietly come to a halt.
The true spiritual path is not about reaching a point where there’s nothing left to learn.
It’s about being willing to look at yourself honestly, again and again, even when you think you’ve already found the answer.
Does this phrase sound familiar?
«I’ve already worked through that.»
Have you ever had life bring the very same lesson back—only to reveal a much deeper layer than you had seen before?
