Meaningful Activities Matter
For someone living with dementia, an activity doesn't have to be complicated to be meaningful.
Folding towels, watering plants, looking through family photos, baking, painting, listening to music, or taking a walk can all provide a sense of purpose and connection.
The goal isn't always to complete a task perfectly. It's about creating an opportunity to participate, engage, and feel successful.
Sometimes the simplest moments can be the most meaningful. 💜
