Naples Valley Fitness We are a 24 hour keycard access Fitness Center. We take insurance: FitOn Health, Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers & RenewActiv. Serving the area since 2007.

Day use: $5
Week use: $15
Monthly: $45, or $40 if you choose auto pay (with 10% off each membership from the same household if 2 or more join)
6 months pre-paid: $230
12 months pre-paid: $450

Cardiovascular and strength training equipment. We don't have structured office hours, so give us a call today to check us out and see what we have to offer.

While you’re there, make sure you stop by Brittany’s Fresh Squeezed Lemonade and grab a lemonade, limeade, or orangeade! 🍋🍊

We may be slightly biased because Brittany is family… and that handsome gentleman working the window happens to be my nephew 😂 But supporting small, local businesses is kind of our thing around here.

I stopped by Rumsy’s for their soft opening today, and LOOK how cute this place is!

Scratch-made treats, coffee, matcha, fresh juices, and an adorable little storefront right here in Naples. I may or may not have left with a box or two of goodies… strictly for research purposes, obviously 🤗

One of my favorite parts of owning a small business here has been getting to know and support the other small businesses in our community. So when you’re in town, make sure you stop in and show Rumsy’s some love!

Things you are allowed to do at Naples Valley Fitness:

• Come in knowing absolutely nothing
• Use the same three machines every time
• Walk on the treadmill and call it a day
• Lift heavy things and feel powerful
• Avoid eye contact and wear headphones
• Actually make friends
• Complain about squats

There is no correct way to be a gym person 🤣

⚡️ We’re back in business! ⚡️

After last night’s power outage, everything is officially back up and running at Naples Valley Fitness!

Our system is working properly again, so everyone should be able to check in and access the gym as usual.

Thanks for your patience while everything got itself sorted out. Apparently even the gym needed a little forced rest day 😂

We’ve officially moved over to our new membership system! 💪 There are just a couple of important things to know depending on whether you’re a **current member** or looking to **join the gym.**

🆕 **NEW MEMBERS:**
Ready to join? You can now sign up completely online using the link below! Choose your membership, enter your information, and you’re all set.

💪 **CURRENT MEMBERS:**
Your existing membership has already been transferred into our new system, so **please do not sign up again using the link above.**

Instead, current members will need to **download the Push Press Member app** to access their account.

You may also receive an email requesting that you securely update your **card/payment information** for the new system. **This email is legitimate and is being sent at my request.** Your previous payment information did not transfer over, so this step is necessary to get your billing set up in the new system.

I know switching systems comes with a few extra steps at first, and I really appreciate everyone helping me get everything transitioned! ❤️
