Your 2026 Fall Festival of Gratitude vendor lineup is here!

This year’s vendor lineup is packed with local artists, makers, authors, wellness providers, and small businesses bringing a little bit of everything.

You’ll find handmade goods, jewelry, candles, custom keepsakes, local food, dirty sodas, books, chair massage, acupuncture information, wellness coaching, and more.

Save the date! This year’s Fall Festival of Gratitude is right around the corner, and our Chili Cook-Off is back!

The Fall Festival is a time when our amazing patients and staff can kick their feet back and enjoy some warm chili, live music, and family fun. Our Chili Cook-Off is making a return, and we’d love for you to participate! Prizes will be awarded to the top three best chilis.
