I am a Certified Life Coach, Facilitator, Motivational Empowerment Speaker, and Founder and CEO of Keena Konnects LLC. My passion is providing a listening ear and liberating advice to those in need of clarity and guidance. This passion started as a child, I have always wanted to help those that didn't have a strong support system readily available. I grew up feeling lost and uncertain of my worth and there were not many people around that I could trust to share how I was feeling. This led to some bad decisions and my life got off track, it took years to course correct but I made it. Having this experience led me to open up Keena Konnects, because I never want anyone to be in a space where they feel that no one cares or that their voice doesn't matter.

☀️ MORNING MOTIVATION

Not every challenge is a sign to stop.
Sometimes it’s a sign to stretch.

Some days life is gonna life. 😂
Plans get messy. People get on your nerves. Your patience clocks out early.

But before you decide, “Welp, I’m done!” 😂
Take a breath and ask:

“What is this trying to teach me?”

Because the challenge in front of you may be temporary…
but the person you’re becoming is part of the bigger picture.

Don’t let one hard chapter convince you the whole story is wrong.

Keep going.
Keep learning.
Keep your eyes on the bigger picture.
