This event had heart from the second we walked in.

Loved getting in there with Siobhan, her husband Stephen, and her crew, putting our energy behind The Jed Foundation and its work in youth mental health and su***de prevention.

Young people deserve support, connection, and people in their corner. It’s a cause worth showing up for. And we showed up and received so much from it.

Thank you for bringing us together. Proud to have Beyond Remedy be part of RUMBLETHON at Rumble Glen Cove.

Stay tuned for more.

Everyone pushing each other to go harder.

So great to be a part of Rumblethon Glen Cove. THE ENERGY!

Stay tuned for more. 🥊🔥

Before you decide you need more discipline, it’s worth understanding what’s actually going on.

When someone is struggling with their weight, I want to understand the whole picture. Their sleep, stress, nutrition, medical history, and what their lab results tell us together. That gives us a better starting point than simply telling them to eat less and try harder.

I also want us to pay attention before feeling unwell becomes the reason we finally look.

Then we need a plan that fits your actual life. What can you consistently do? What should we track? When do we reassess? Those questions matter as much as the initial recommendation.

That’s how I approach care at Beyond Remedy: understand where you are, decide what deserves attention, and follow through.

Swipe through for the pieces I want you to understand beyond the number on the scale.

If you’d like to better understand your own starting point, you’re welcome to come in for a complimentary ShapeScale body scan throughout October—a $50 value. It’s an opportunity to learn more about your body composition and bring your questions.

DM, text, or call us at 516-350-0567 to book your ShapeScale scan.

I’ve been building toward this since 2021.

Working in the ER made me want to help people earlier, before a health concern became an emergency. That led me to train with concierge physicians and start building the team behind Beyond Remedy.

Five years later, we’re getting ready to welcome you to our longevity lounge in Greenvale.

I want you to have time to ask questions, talk about how you’ve been feeling, and understand the thinking behind your care. That’s the kind of place I’ve wanted to build.

You’ll find us at 340 Wheatley Plaza, on the second floor.

I’ll be sharing more of what’s coming. For now, let me show you where to find us.

Call 516-350-0567 to schedule an appointment. See you soon.

Have you ever looked at all your supplement labels together?

Your energy supplement, immune support and multivitamin may share ingredients. Whether that overlap matters depends on the total dose and your needs.

Food and drinks count, too. The NIH notes that added vitamins and minerals can bring your intake higher than you realize. Link in comments.

Before recommending anything, I want to know:

• What are we trying to address?
• How much are you already getting?
• How will we know it’s helping—and when should we reassess?

Something you started taking a year ago deserves another look today.

I also care about where it comes from.

We were with our partners at Vintage Labs this morning. We care about who makes the supplements we carry and how they’re tested. Their team includes physicians, pharmacists and manufacturers, with quality checks from raw ingredients to finished products. Every batch undergoes microbiological safety testing. We want to know what’s going on our shelves and in our bodies.

Quality matters. So does choosing a product and dose that make sense for you.

Vintage Labs is already available through our website and coming soon to our shelves in Wheatley Plaza.

When you come in, we’ll review your routine together. You should understand what each recommendation is there to do.

Your blood work came back “normal.”
So why don’t you feel like yourself?

Maybe your energy has changed. Your sleep feels less restorative. You’re getting through the day, but something feels different.

That doesn’t automatically mean you need a treatment. It’s a reason to discuss what you’re experiencing.

MedlinePlus, from the National Library of Medicine, explains that a result inside a lab’s reference range doesn’t guarantee good health—and a result outside it doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong.

The context matters.

Before I recommend anything, I want to understand what those results mean alongside your history, medications, symptoms, and how you’re actually feeling.

And I want you to understand the reasoning, too.

Here are three questions worth bringing to your next appointment:

• What do these results mean for me, given how I’m feeling?
• What evidence supports this treatment for someone like me?
• What are the benefits, risks, and alternatives—including no treatment?

Sometimes that conversation leads to a recommendation. Sometimes it leads to an explanation of why a treatment isn’t appropriate.

You deserve to understand either answer.

When you come in, we’ll go through it together. That’s where we start.
