Help us wish a very Happy Birthday to our very own jack of all trades, Blake! If you know Blake, you know there’s not much he can’t do! No matter what needs fixing, figuring out, or getting done, Blake is always someone we can count on. He wears so many hats around our stores, and somehow always finds a way to get the job done!

Today we’re celebrating the incredible pharmacy technicians who help keep Mitchell’s moving every single day! Our techs do SO much behind the scenes to take care of our patients, keep prescriptions moving, work through insurance issues, answer phones, solve problems, and somehow keep everything running even on the craziest days. 😅

They are truly the heartbeat of our pharmacy, and Mitchell’s simply wouldn’t be Mitchell’s without them. We are so thankful for their hard work, patience, compassion, and the care they show our patients every day.

Our American Pharmacists Month spotlight continues with a very familiar face behind the counter, Tanner!

Tanner is an important part of the Mitchell’s team and has spent years building relationships with our patients and helping care for families throughout our community. Whether he’s answering medication questions, solving a problem, giving a vaccine, or simply catching up with a patient at the counter, Tanner is always ready to help.

Next up for American Pharmacists Month is Cody!

Cody is one of the pharmacists you’ll see behind the counter helping keep things moving and making sure our patients are well taken care of. From answering questions and checking prescriptions to helping patients navigate their medications, Cody brings knowledge, a helping hand, and great care to our team.

Fun fact: Cody started working at Mitchell's as a Pharmacy Tech several years ago when we were located inside of Ramey's! We’re grateful to have Cody as part of the Mitchell’s family and appreciate everything he does for our patients and our pharmacy.

If you find yourself constantly reaching for antacids or taking an OTC acid reducer for longer than recommended on the label, talk with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.

Sometimes treating the symptom over and over can keep you from addressing what’s causing it in the first place. Your pharmacist can also help you understand the differences between the many heartburn products on the shelf and how they should be used. 💊
