Late nights and quiet mornings are the hardest, but she always seems to know exactly when to step in and just be there.

I know she misses mom too—especially those morning routines and snacks before work—but navigating this heavy road together makes the hard days a little softer.

Kenzie’s presence is a reminder that even in the deepest grief, we aren't completely alone. I just hope she knows how much she helps me.

Jason David Frank (JDF) was a huge part of my childhood. Watching his evolution from the Green Ranger into the White Ranger—which was my absolute favorite era of the show—shaped so much of what a real hero looked like to me. He taught us how to rise, adapt, and push forward against impossible odds.

Losing him to su***de was a heavy reminder that even the people who look like heroes fight silent, brutal battles. That’s why I’m wearing this "Keep Fighting" shirt from Nine Line Apparel today, and why the mission of Great Dane Healing hits so close to home.

Then, on my drive to work this morning, Dan + Shay’s "Say So" came on the radio. It felt like a sign. The song is all about speaking up and not letting important things go unsaid. In the context of mental health, it’s a powerful reminder: if you are hurting, please "say so." Reach out. Break the silence.

Mom was never one to miss snack duty. 🦴💜🐾

Before she left for work in the mornings, Grammy always made sure Kenzie was spoiled with snacks.

So when Kenzie stood looking toward the living room this morning, tail wagging up a storm at the empty air, I knew exactly who she was looking at. Grammy was definitely in the kitchen with us, probably making sure Kenzie was still getting her treats.

Love you and miss you every day, Mom. 🕊️

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library began with a simple idea: every child should have books of their own.

That idea has traveled far—and it’s making a difference right here in Berwick Area.

Through Berwick Area United Way, 𝟐𝟓𝟗 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 currently receive a new, age-appropriate book every month, delivered straight to their homes. Since the program began here, 𝟏𝟏,𝟔𝟕𝟖 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 have been placed in the hands of local children. ❤️

Now we’re asking our community to help us celebrate Dolly’s legacy in a fun and meaningful way.
