ONE YEAR OF SALT & SOUL! 🪷

One year ago today, I opened the doors to Salt & Soul with a vision of creating something special for our little community.

What I couldn’t have anticipated was how much the people walking through those doors would become part of that vision.

The conversations, the connections, the laughter, the stories you’ve shared, and the trust you’ve placed in me have made this first year something I’ll never forget.

And today, I’d love to hear from YOU!

October 11th marks ONE YEAR of Salt & Soul.

What a year it has been. I opened these doors with an idea, but all of you have helped shape what Salt & Soul has actually become. Every visit, referral, conversation, review, and person who decided to try something new has mattered more than you probably realize.

We’ll be closed October 5–11, and when we return, year two begins with some new things already on the horizon: a new Wednesday practitioner, something new for my salt regulars, and our next Soulful Saturday in the works.

For now, though, I just want to stop long enough to appreciate this milestone.

One year.

Well, now that we know you can actually SEE us… 😂

Hi again. 👋

Salt & Soul has changed a lot over this first year, but the reason it exists really hasn’t.

I wanted to create a place where you could walk in, exhale, and take care of yourself without feeling like wellness had to become another damn job on your list of things to do.

Salt. PEMF. Red light. A few really great products. And a place to just reset for a few minutes.

We’re coming up on our ONE YEAR anniversary, and I’m pretty excited to show you what’s coming next. ❤️

Well… apparently we’ve been talking to ourselves over here. 😂

It was brought to our attention that our Facebook posts haven’t really been showing up for other people since around September 10th, even though everything looked perfectly normal on our end.

So if you’ve been thinking, “Huh, I haven’t seen Salt & Soul in a while…” that would explain it. 🤦‍♀️

But we are still here. Still open. Still offering salt, PEMF, red light, and a little place to step away from the chaos for a minute and reset.

And truthfully, I’ve missed connecting with you all.
