I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as program Advisor at Auglaize Industries, Inc.! After 5 wonderful years as the CEO, Auglaize Industries, Inc. will, on January 1st, come under the direction of Brenda Winner, who has served in a variety of direct care and management roles for the previous 29 years! Brenda is highly skilled in Medicaid services documentation and billing and has developed and managed our transportation program for many years. Brenda will assume the role of Chief Operations Officer/Director of Operations. Her organizational skills and work ethic have contributed to obvious growth in our services and community outreach over the years. My advisor role will include a renewed focus on our vocational training and production programs, which is where I started my career in 1992! I am excited about the opportunity to once again work alongside our very capable and professional production and direct care staff members.
