A single on-the-table session. No infusion left running afterward. That’s what the RESCUE-II feasibility study demonstrated.

The THROMBOLEX® procedure delivered 8 mg (bilateral) r-tPA in one session, and core-lab imaging at 48 hours showed occlusion clearance in segmental branches anatomically remote from the device — plus a 22.3% mean reduction in right ventricle-to-left ventricle (RV/LV) ratio (P=0.0001).

Dr. Wissam Jaber presented late-breaking clinical trial results from the RAPID-PE Study — our prospective, multicenter study of on-the-table Mechanically Channeled Thrombolysis for acute intermediate-risk pulmonary embolism (PE).

In the pre-specified interim analysis of the first 150 of 350 planned patients, the procedure was successful in 100% of cases across 45 operators, with no device-related deaths, no intracranial hemorrhages, and no device-related major adverse events reported.*

New data from the RAPID-PE Study is being presented during the late-breaking clinical trials session: “A Prospective Multicenter Trial of On-The-Table Mechanically Channeled Thrombolysis for Acute Intermediate-Risk Pulmonary Embolism. Results of the Interim Analysis of 150 Participants in the RAPID-PE Study".

Wissam Jaber, MD will be presenting the interim analysis on podium at The VEINS meeting on Saturday, October 3 at 12:00pm, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.

This builds on RAPID-PE's earlier interim results, presented at TCT 2025, where the first 50 of 350 planned patients achieved 100% procedural success and zero device-related deaths or hemodynamic decompensation at 7 days.* We're looking forward to sharing the next chapter of this dataset.
