Twisted Scissors Guests,
We are excited to announce we are opening for business May 11th. We are eager to invite you back however; we will proceed with caution. Your safety as well as our stylistβs safety is important to us, so we have put together some guidelines we will require all guests to follow until further notice as we welcome you back to the salon.
β’Most importantly we ask for your honesty, if you have ANY signs of illness or believe you may have been exposed to Coronavirus, please let your stylist know so that we can reschedule your appointment for a later date. We know you are eager to see your stylist, but we must stay healthy to continue serving you. We have the right to deny any service if we feel necessary.
β’We are not accepting walk-ins at this time. All guests will need to make an appointment
β’No additional guests will be allowed to come to your appointment with you. Please plan to come to your appointment alone or have family members wait in the car. Our waiting area will be closed. Please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. Check with your stylist about child appointment guidelines.
β’You will be required to wear a mask for your entire appointment. If you do not wish to wear a mask, we can reschedule you for a later date when masks are no longer necessary.
β’All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected in between clients (including door handles, bathroom fixtures, etc. in addition to furniture/equipment that is always disinfected in between clients).
β’We ask that you wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival as well as clean your phone, we will have hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes available.
β’Please wait in your car until your stylist lets you know it is safe to enter the building. We must sanitize diligently between guests. A check in text to your stylist would be helpful!
β’Please limit the items you bring in the salon. Keys, wallet and phone should be the only items you need for your appointment. Please leave your purse and any jackets you do not wish to wear during your appointment in your vehicle if possible.
β’We will not provide coffee until further notice.
β’If you are not comfortable coming in for an appointment at this time, we would be happy to accommodate you with a later date that feels safe for you.
