PLAYFiT USA PLAYFiT USA is for personal trainers and strength coaches who want to do fitness differently.

We believe a healthy life includes fun, play-based movement to combat disconnection, dysregulation, and depression. More than ever, all individuals, parents, couples, and children need a village. We are re-invigorating how people access their community of support - through fun outdoor activities, groups, experts, and events curated for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health!

So why has it become so stiff, serious, stressful, or even a little sadistic? 😅⁣

After a while, all the programming starts feel repetitive. You lose clients. It's hard to get new ones. You're wondering if you need a second job or to quit fitness all together. ⁣

You might think you need a new CEU course or another fitness certification for a breath of fresh air in your programming. ⁣

You actually only serve a very small percentage of people through the way you currently do fitness. So what about the other 99% of people that need help? Are we just going to continue ignoring the elephant in the room? The fact that traditional fitness has failed the masses? It's boring. It's difficult. It's overwhelming. It's not for them. It's actually only for a select few who have enough courage to subjugate ourselves to it! There is a different way, a fresh perspective, a creative approach that will get more people moving. It's through FUN! An environment of play that doesn't look or feel like a normal fitness class because we're doing better to serve more humans. Join me?
