i’m baaaack!! and i’m a wife!
here’s me nursing my babe (while he wears a tux🫠) before getting my dress on, because yep i’m still a mother!

a glimpse of where I’ve been, what I’ve been up to, before we move into what’s coming for you beautiful people whom i’ve missed so much!!! 🤭

married my best friend on the most perfect fall day. couldn’t have been better. so so grateful 🥲

then snuck off to an uncharacteristic weekend in nyc. we’d both prefer a mountain trip ANY day over the city, but we wanted to make a memory…. safe to say the memory was made and we never have to stay in the city again😵‍💫🤣

found trees while we were there🙏🏼

& good good matcha🍵

then came home to resume life as usual, only married!

and this ❤️‍🔥 recalibrating big time!

heavily leaned into soup season as well, of course. 🍅

thank you all so much for the love & support you’ve shown me in this busy, life changing season of mine.

i am so grateful for your patience with me & am EAGER to get back to my community, pour into you all again, and share all that is to come.

sweet, salty, crunchy, delish. you don’t have to comment for this one… just make it 🫡

base:
1/2 cup nut butter
3 Tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup 70% cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup oats
1/2 puffed rice or quinoa
1/4 cup h**p seeds
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
pinch sea salt

topping:
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
1/3 cup puffed rice or quinoa
sprinkle of flaky salt before refrigerating!
