🍕 September Field Trip Fun! 🍕

We had such a great time at Arcade Brocato in Patterson, LA for our September field trip! Our clients got to roll up their sleeves and create their very own personal pizzas—and of course, enjoy the delicious finished product! 🍕👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our staff got treated to pizza too, and let’s just say…it was SO good we had to order more because they couldn’t get enough! 😂🍕

A huge THANK YOU to Arcade Brocato for welcoming our OTABA crew and giving our kiddos such a fun experience! We appreciate you hosting us and helping make another field trip one to remember. ❤️

A great time (and a LOT of pizza 😋) was had by all!

A very special thank you to Mr. Ross Landry at Accelerated Leadership for being a kind Samaritan and helping our girl out this morning. OTABAs tire replacement crew got to sit this one out this morning 🤪 but he was so very kind and a blessing to our day!

🎉💗 Happy Birthday to our very own Jenny! 💗🎉

One of our OG ladies, and in-house Mrs. Fix-It AND Mrs. Build-It! 🔨😂

Jenny is one of those people who sees something that needs to be done and jumps right in before anyone even has the chance to ask. Whether she’s helping a teammate, fixing something around the clinic, or finding a way to make things work, she’s always there when we need her!

We truly don’t know what we’d do without you, Jenny! We are so lucky to have you as part of our OTABA family and hope you feel just as loved and appreciated today as you make everyone around you feel every day!

Happy Birthday, Jenny! We love you! 🥳❤️

🕷️❤️ Happy 4th Birthday to our little Spider Dude, Mateo! 🕸️🎉

Our sweet Mateo turned FOUR on Saturday, and we couldn’t let the celebration pass without showing him some love!

This sweet boy is in absolutely no hurry to get anywhere, and we wouldn’t have him any other way! 🥹 Mateo is one of those kiddos every tech hopes to have on their caseload, because who wouldn’t want to spend their day soaking up his endless cuddles and sweetness?!

We are so lucky to be part of your journey, sweet boy! Keep being your lovable little self. We hope FOUR is as special as you are! ❤️💙

💙 AUTISM AWARENESS • EDUCATION • COMMUNITY 💙

OTaba Therapy was incredibly privileged to be invited to speak with and educate St. Mary Parish law enforcement officers about autism awareness and strategies and techniques to safely and effectively respond to individuals with autism🚔

A huge shout-out to St. Mary Parish for recognizing the importance of this education and for continuing to learn and grow in this area! 👏💙 Their commitment to better understanding and supporting individuals with autism can make a meaningful difference during emergency and crisis situations.

🧩 Now, we’re asking our community to help👮🏾‍♂️

OTaba Therapy would love to provide each patrol unit with a sensory bag that officers can keep with them at all times. These bags will contain sensory and calming items that officers can use to help make calls calmer, reduce sensory overload, and support de-escalation when a child or individual with autism is experiencing a crisis.

We’re reaching out to individuals, local businesses, and community organizations who would like to help us make this possible🤗

💙 If you or a business you know would like to donate or sponsor a sensory bag, please reach out to OTaba Therapy, 337-471-1068 or [email protected]

Together, we can help give our officers more tools to support individuals with autism and make our community a safer, more understanding place for everyone. 🧩🚓💙

We are looking to donate bags for 37 units that will run approximately $20 per bag, any donation will help🤗
