Two years ago this month, I officially opened RAW Therapy + Wellness to new clients. ✨

Most people know I started my business only as a side hustle & hobby. And I can confidently say, it's more than that now.

I've met the most amazing people & have built great connections in a community that I feel so "at home" & proud to be a part of. I'm excited to see what the future holds as I am always trying to think of new ways to provide the best care to you.

GROUND + RESTORE 🌿

This is a NEW service just added and was inspired by my many clients coming in with ear fullness, head/sinus pressure, neck tightness, occipital pain, and needing some extra attention to the traps/upper shoulders.

A grounding mat (optional) is used during this session to help decrease pain, inflammation, & stress. If you're not familiar with grounding mats, they give you the same effects as if you were walking barefoot or sleeping on the ground. "Grounding appears to improve sleep, normalize the day–night cortisol rhythm, reduce pain, reduce stress, shift the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic toward parasympathetic activation, increase heart rate variability, speed wound healing, and reduce blood viscosity."

MBSR™ + Your Child ✨

Some of my favorite sessions are ones I do for children. The findings have given parents a sense of better understanding of what is (truly) going on with their child, increased mindfulness towards their child, & clarity on what is driving certain behaviors. When we look at why our children feel or act the way they do, there will almost always be an underlying factor; some may be passed down from generations, trauma from birth/in the womb, a health condition they were born with/developed, some of which they have no control over.

Some big wins I've witnessed while working with clients/children:
- Driving emotions causing lashing out/aggressive behavior in school/home life
- Overcoming unhealthy habits
- Decreased anxiety + stress with friends & school
