Meet Leah Humbert, APRN, PMHNP-BC 👋

Leah is accepting new clients ages 13+ with a wide range of mental health conditions, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, perinatal and post-partum-related mental health disorders.

"Together, my patients and I will come up with a treatment plan that best meets his/her individual needs and gets him/her back to the life he/she once enjoyed. The care I provide is evidence-based, integrative, and patient-centered.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I am licensed in the state of Minnesota. I am anti-racist, gender-affirming, and LGBTQIA-positive. I carry a small caseload of patients to whom I offer individualized care. I take the time to get to know my patients and understand their unique needs."

Leah also provides medication therapy and accepts all major insurance companies for billing.

As I file this past week's client folders, a wave of gratitude hits me. Y'all, it is because of YOU and your belief in the work I do that I continue to consistently see 3-4 new clients per week. Those referrals mean SO MUCH to a small business owner.

Mankato openings for the next several weeks have opened up and I plan to post new openings for New Ulm in the next day or two.

Dear Current, Past and Future Clients,

I have had some big changes in my life that many of you know about. I am in the process of relocating to the area after commuting from Minneapolis for the past 1.5 years. WHEW! What a RELIEF! in the middle of construction season to boot!

What this means for you.....

I have taken on a very part-time job with full-benefits. I will not know my schedule until June 10th. Rest assured that once I do, I will open up my schedule at both locations. ( My schedule will update in six week increments) As always, PLEASE reach out should you need to book and or have any questions!

1. All appointments that are scheduled will remain.
2. I will be keeping both locations open!! There are NO plans to close either location.
3. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for allowing me to continue to do the work that I love. NONE of this is possible without YOU!
