From the cacao farm to the table… 🌿🍫

After learning about cacao at its origin, I wanted to discover another side of this incredible ingredient: how cacao can be transformed into a sophisticated culinary experience.

Rabot Restaurant in Saint Lucia, where chocolate is thoughtfully incorporated into every dish from savory creations to desserts and everything in between.

Everything was phenomenal.

As a chef, I love experiencing food beyond the plate. I’m fascinated by its origin, its story, its culture, and the creativity that brings it to life.

✨ A few highlights from my experience:

• The kitchen is led by an incredible team of women. I found this especially inspiring. 👏🏻
• Chocolate is incorporated into every dish in such creative and unexpected ways.
• Fresh, high-quality, natural ingredients.
• Beautifully presented dishes.
• Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind service.

Rabot has definitely earned a place on my personal list of Top 10 restaurants in the world. 🌎✨

🍫 De la finca de cacao a la mesa… 🌿

Después de conocer el cacao desde su origen, quise descubrir una experiencia gastronómica sofisticada y transformadora.

Rabot Restaurant, en Santa Lucía, el chocolate se incorpora de manera creativa a cada plato, desde preparaciones saladas hasta postres.

Todo fue fenomenal ❤️

Como chef, me encanta experimentar la gastronomía más allá del plato. Me fascina conocer su origen, su historia, su cultura y la creatividad que hay detrás de cada preparación.

✨ Algunos de los detalles que más me cautivaron:

• La cocina está liderada por un increíble equipo de mujeres. Esto me pareció especialmente inspirador. 👏🏻
• El chocolate está presente en cada plato.
• Ingredientes frescos, naturales y de alta calidad.
• Platos hermosamente presentados.
• Un servicio cálido, atento y genuinamente amable.

Rabot definitivamente se ha ganado un lugar en mi lista personal de los 10 mejores restaurantes del mundo. 🌎✨

A little journey through all the beautiful experiences I shared with Liam in Saint Martin. 🌴💙

A culinary adventure, he absolutely loved the food! 🍽️

Experiencing the ocean together, watching breathtaking sunsets, swimming in crystal-clear waters, getting up close to sea turtles, making new friends… and he even tried mamon 😂!

A truly memorable trip with my son. It was so special to introduce him to and share with him the Caribbean way of life, in one of the most meaningful places in the world to me.

Thank you mi Liam de Jesus, for allowing me to show you a little piece of who I am, my love for the ocean, the beach, and the Caribbean. 🌊☀️

These are the moments and memories I will treasure forever.

La experiencia con el mar: contemplar atardeceres increíbles, nadar en aguas cristalinas, ver tortugas marinas de cerquita, hacer nuevos amigos… ¡y hasta probó mamón! 😂

Un viaje verdaderamente memorable con mi hijo. Me encantó poder mostrarle y compartir con él un poquito de la vida caribeña, en uno de los lugares más especiales para mí en el mundo.

Gracias, hijo, por permitirme mostrarte un pedacito de quién soy, de mi amor por la playa, por el mar y por el Caribe. 🌊☀️

Porque al final, los mejores viajes no son los lugares que visitamos, sino los recuerdos que creamos juntos. ❤️

Cada plato es una explosión de sabores, textura, cultura e ingredientes únicos de Colombia.

Una cena de “Exploración” para mi paladar. Hasta termitas probé 😱😂
