Last week we posted a reel that compared pumping with making coffee and this community showed UP. One mom had a request to share some of the companies we are working with so you could show your support, and well, we thought that was a pretty cool idea. Here's just a handful of the 100+ companies daring to be great by supporting moms who are pumping.

Know a company that deserves recognition or could use MilkMate? Share them in the comments :)

Our founder Patrice has explained pumping at work this way for years: haul your coffee maker, beans and filter to the office in a duffle bag, brew in a closet, wash all the parts, repeat two or three more times, then carry it all home in a cooler. Even in the best setups, that’s the reality for most working moms who pump.

Coffee is optional. Feeding your baby isn’t. Moms have been navigating these logistics for years, but it shouldn’t be so d*mn hard. Comment a 🩷 if you agree!

There’s something pretty fitting about celebrating National Working Parents Day with this one. 💚🩷

Supporting working parents is about building the infrastructure that makes work and parenthood actually work together.

MilkMate’s partnership with Bobbie is the perfect example of that in action.

Whether you’re breastfeeding, formula feeding, or using a combination of both, you have a workplace that has your back.

Happy National Working Parents Day to all the parents making it work (even in September!), and thank you to the workplaces supporting them. 🍼

She said she's fine. She's said it a hundred times this week.

For 1 in 5 mothers, "I'm fine" is covering a maternal mental health condition. 75% of them never get help, and often it's because no one asked the second question. The strongest women hide it best, because everyone depends on them not to fall apart.

You can be the person who asks again. "How are you, really?" It takes ten seconds and it can change everything.

Save this for the resources. Then text one mother in your life and actually ask. 🤍
