A 2026 study of 2,264 adults
found that higher habitual coffee intake in men was associated with higher total & bioavailable testosterone
Each additional cup per day was associated with +0.29 nmol/L higher total testosterone
Higher coffee intake was also linked with lower visceral fat, greater skeletal muscle mass & a more favorable glucose-insulin profile
Coffee contains hundreds of bioactive compounds, making what's in your daily cup more interesting than caffeine alone
But remember, excessive use of stimulants depletes your body of the vitamins & minerals it needs to thrive properly
