Beyond Body Mind Spirit We've moved to www.CollaborativeSolutionsCo.com Beyond Body Mind Spirit engages the body, mind, and spirit.

The approach includes yoga, meditation, breathing, visualization, and nutrition. Key to this successful process are staying in the present, assuming responsibility, choosing consciously, learning unconditional self-love, and developing a personal formula for creating the life you dream of. BBMS has helped people lose weight, reduce aging, and address the stress and challenges in their life. As President of Collaborative Solutions, Inc., Michele Risa, M.A. works with thought-leaders and influencers to help them identify their deepest aspirations, and embody consciousness in such a way that they become a natural change agent in a world that needs their talents, heart, and intelligence. In 2020, Michele became an Expert Panelist for The Mayshad Group and was invited to join the Conscious World Citizens Academy, a group of thought leaders to further develop and interconnect the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Since 1989, as President of Beyond Body Mind Spirit, Michele has included a successful 1-on-1 approach that answers the question, "Who am I and why am I here?"
