Exercises I'd never prescribe after an ACL surgery...

❌ Split Squats

Your quads will get too jacked, and it does too good a job of forcing you to use your knee properly

❌ Leg Extensions

This exercise does too good of a job at isolating your surgical leg, and your quad will grow as big as your other side too fast

❌ Jumping

This prepares you for impact and a return to sports, and we don't want that!

❌ RDLs with real weight

Hamstrings and glutes will get too big and strong

After traditional, cookie-cutter PT didn't get the job done, Jascha decided to give us a shot.

The result:

A customized plan vs what the PTs give every single client

An efficient program rather than going in to PT 2-3x/week

Real knee strength, not just rehabbing back to baseline

That's the PhysioRX difference.

Your insurance isn't paying for your recovery. It's paying for the cheapest version of it that gets approved...until they decide to cut you off.

Fifteen minute visits. The same exercises for everyone. Discharged the moment the pain stops, because that's where the coverage ends.

We left that system. PhysioRX doesn't take insurance, and most of our clients pay about what their copay would have been anyway.

Head to our website for a free phone consultation.

Talk to a real member of our team, and let's see what recovery + long term strength can look like for you.

Still doing looong warm-ups in the gym?

A warm-up isn't about taking 20 minutes to foam roll your entire body and "activate" every little muscle.

It's about preparing for what you're actually about to do...

That's why the best warm-up for a lift is often... the lift itself.

Twenty minutes of foam rolling and hip-flexor stretching rehearses none of that. It just makes the session longer. And long sessions could be a barrier to actually accomplishing your goals.

Save this for your next session.

What's your main lift? Tell us in the comments and we'll tell you where to start the ramp.

Pain in the gym? Not all pain means you have to totally shut down.

This is the exact system we use with our clients when we're guiding them through the process of getting back in the gym.

Save this. Then tell us which light you're in, and what movement got you there, in the comments.

If you want to be able to play with your kids, pick up your grandkids, and not be the guy who has a "bad back" and needs help in their 40s, 50s and beyond...

It's time to start lifting weights.

Your body isn't weak or fragile. It's just underprepared.

The best time to start was yesterday.

The downside of working at PhysioRX: I’ll never get to be my own client.

For everyone else: PhysioRX combines physical therapy and strength coaching in one system so you don’t just get pain-free. You build back to the lifts, sport, and life you want.

The PhysioRX team is growing again and we’re looking for a passionate PT to join us.

If you can coach a deadlift, explain pain science, write both rehab and fitness programming, and know you have more to offer than traditional healthcare systems allow…

We want to meet you.

DM us “TEAM” for more information.

When you do these combination movements, like:

Linge and Curl
Curl and Press
Deadlift and Row

You are always going to be short-changing one muscle group.

These combo movements are really just designed to get you sweating in a fitness class - NOT to actually build proper strength and muscle.

Not getting the results you want in classes? This could be one reason why.

Most Physical Therapy is a waste of time...

Busy clinics, cramming in as many people as possible, giving everyone the same basic exercises.

There's a better way.

Head to our website for a free phone consultation and discounted intro assessment to see if we're the right fit for you.
