Waking up exhausted isn’t just “bad sleep.” 🌙
Headaches, snoring, a sour taste in your mouth, or a partner who hears you making noise at night can all be clues that your sleep and airway need a closer look.
At TetraHealth, Dr. Linkous (board certified prosthodontist and diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine) looks at the whole picture: your airway, tongue size, tooth position, how you feel in the morning, even acid reflux. The goal is a plan customized to you so you can sleep deeper, heal better, and wake up refreshed.
Save this for the next time you wonder why you’re tired. 🤍
Know someone who snores? Send it to them.
Curious about your own sleep and airway? Send us a DM and we’ll help you find a time to come in. ✨

Every breastfeeding mom should know this about dental care 🤱🦷
💡 Did you know? Some anesthetics, painkillers, and antibiotics used in dental treatment can pass into breast milk, even though they're safe and effective for you.
💡 Good to know too: treating a dental infection early helps keep bacteria and inflammation from affecting your health or your baby's.
The simple plan, just in case you ever need it:
🍼 Pump a supply of milk ahead of treatment if you can
🍼 If not, plan on formula for the first 24-48 hours after treatment
🍼 Let your dentist know you're breastfeeding so they can plan with you
Your turn 👇
Which part was new to you?
1️⃣ Dental meds can pass into breast milk
2️⃣ Pumping ahead is a thing
3️⃣ The 24-48 hour window
4️⃣ I already knew all of this!
Drop your number in the comments 💬
Save this for the day you need it, and send it to a breastfeeding mom you love. 💛
Every situation is different, so check in with your dentist and doctor about the best plan for you and your baby.

For many patients, the hardest part of a smile transformation is not knowing what the result will look like. 🤍
It’s a very understandable concern, and it’s why Dr. Linkous begins with a mock-up placed directly in the mouth. It isn’t a digital render or a filtered photo. It’s three-dimensionally accurate, so you can see and feel the design before treatment starts.
This patient had acid erosion throughout his mouth. From the beginning, he knew what he was working toward.

Your gut health starts in your mouth. 🌿
Your oral health is closely connected to the health of the rest of your body. Inflammation. Infection. Oral bacteria. Dental materials. Nutrition. These are the factors that may influence your broader wellbeing.
Periodontal disease is a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the gums and supporting structures of the teeth. Researchers continue to study associations between periodontal inflammation and systemic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and other inflammatory disorders.

Your gut health starts in your mouth. 🦠
You’re taking care of your gut, but do you know how much your oral microbiome impacts it?
Inflammation in the mouth triggers key cascades in your immune system, and that inflammation spreads throughout the body, most notably to the gut. It changes how your immune system reacts to your gut bacteria and how well you digest and process food.
Bacteria from the mouth get into the body and create dysregulation, affecting:
🌿 How your gut works
🌿 Your sensitivities to certain foods
🌿 Your energy, balance and overall quality of life
That’s why one of our biggest focal points is optimizing the oral microbiome, not just for a healthier mouth, but for a healthier gut and a healthier body. 💚

Tooth loss isn’t a “normal part of aging.” 🦷
Most people assume losing teeth is just something that happens with age. It’s not. Teeth are usually lost to gum disease, decay, heavy bite forces, or past dental work, not simply the number of birthdays.
That means the way to keep your natural teeth for life is to look after the whole picture:
✨ Healthy gums
✨ Cavity prevention
✨ A bite that works with you, not against you
✨ Preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible
Your mouth is a big part of your overall wellness, and small concerns are much easier to care for before they turn into complex ones. That’s why regular exams matter.

Gum health isn’t just about your smile. Research shows that gum disease is linked to conditions like heart disease and diabetes, which is why Dr. Volchonok wants you to know these 3 signs:
👉 Bleeding when you brush or floss
👉 Red, swollen, or tender gums
👉 Gums pulling away from your teeth
These can be early signs that something needs attention, and catching them early makes treatment simpler.
Noticed any of these? Don’t wait. Book a visit with us today. Link in bio 📲
