There are places on Earth where the energy is so powerful that words simply cannot describe it. You can only feel it.

Potala Palace, the former residence of the Dalai Lamas, is a sacred place where centuries of prayers, ancient wisdom, and spiritual devotion seem to live within its walls.

The moment I entered, something extraordinary happened…

I felt such an overwhelming energy that tears began to flow down my cheeks.

I wasn’t crying because I was sad. These tears came from somewhere deep within my soul.

As if something inside me had awakened. As if my soul recognized this place, even though I had never been there before.

At Jokhang Temple, I experienced that same incredible energy again. It felt as though time stood still, and the entire space was filled with something invisible, ancient, and sacred.

You stand among people, hear the prayers, smell the incense and suddenly realize that what you are experiencing is far beyond an ordinary journey.

It is something you cannot see with your eyes.
Something your mind cannot explain.
Something only your soul can understand.

✨ Sometimes I believe we are guided to certain places for a reason. Perhaps our souls lead us exactly where we need to be - to remember something, to awaken something, or simply to reconnect with a deeper part of ourselves.

📍Lhasa, Tibet

Tibet is a sacred place. It silences the mind the moment you arrive.

Tibet welcomes you with a white khata - a traditional ceremonial silk scarf symbolizing purity of intention, respect, and blessings.

From the very first moment, you can feel a special energy here. As if time slows down, thoughts become still, and a deep sense of peace fills your soul.

My first day in Tibet was spent visiting two ancient Buddhist monasteries - Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. Sacred places where prayers have echoed for centuries, ancient wisdom is preserved, and spiritual traditions remain alive.

Here, there is no need to rush, speak, or explain anything. You simply want to be. To feel. To listen to the silence.

✨ Tibet is more than just a destination. It is a journey within.

The strength of the spirit is the strength of the Higher Power awakening within us. ✨

I believe we are more than our physical bodies. Body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit are deeply interconnected. When this inner harmony is disrupted, it can affect many aspects of our lives.

As a Doctor of Acupuncture, I work with people navigating emotional challenges, inner tension, stress, and struggles with addiction.

But to me, a person is always much more than a symptom, a diagnosis, or a difficult chapter in their life.

Acupuncture is part of my work, but my approach goes deeper. I seek to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, restore a sense of inner balance, and rediscover their connection to a Higher Source.

There are moments in life when willpower alone may not feel like enough.

When we reconnect with God, the Universe, a Higher Power - whatever name speaks most deeply to our soul - we open ourselves to a greater source of strength, guidance, hope, and healing.

I do not believe that a healer gives another person this power.

The power already exists within them.

My purpose is to help create the space where a person can reconnect with their life energy, listen to the wisdom within, and rediscover the inner light that can remain even through the darkest moments.

To me, healing is a journey toward greater harmony among body, mind, energy, and spirit - and toward remembering that we are connected to something greater than ourselves.

Every day is an opportunity to strengthen that light.

Every day is an opportunity to reconnect.

Every day is an opportunity to return to what truly matters.

From TCM perspective, preventing sport injuries is less about treating one painful tendon and more about keeping the body’s Qi, Blood, tendons, muscles, and joints adequately nourished and moving smoothly.

First, warm the body before you play. Give yourself 10–15 minutes of dynamic movement and gradually increase the intensity. In TCM, we want to warm the channels and encourage circulation before demanding explosive movement from the body. Muscles and tendons are more vulnerable when they are cold or when Qi and Blood are not circulating freely. From a TCM perspective, keeping the body warm is particularly emphasized in cold or damp weather. Don’t go directly from sitting in an air-conditioned environment to maximal serves or sprints.

Second, don’t constantly overload tired tendons. Recovery, adequate food, hydration, and sleep are part of injury prevention - not something separate from training.

In TCM, the Liver is said to “govern the sinews” and Blood is considered important for nourishing tendons. TCM emphasize regular meals and foods nourishing Blood and the Liver, such as leafy greens, eggs, fish/meat, bone broth, beans, sesame, and other nutrient-dense foods.

Third, pay attention to small aches and pains. Persistent pain can be viewed as Qi and Blood stagnation. Instead of masking it and continuing to play at full intensity, address it early.

A good way to integrate TCM with modern sports medicine is:

Warm circulation → gradually load the body → play → cool down → eat/hydrate → sleep/recover → address small problems before the next hard session.

The goal isn’t simply to treat an injury once it happens. It’s to create a body that can move, recover, and adapt to the demands of sport activities.

People often ask me “How do you overcome anxiety?”

I truly believe so much anxiety comes from living too far into the future - overthinking what might happen, what could go wrong, or what we still don’t have.

But peace is found in the present. 🤍

When we stop constantly chasing the next thing and start appreciating what is already here - our health, our loved ones, the small moments, the simple blessings - something inside us begins to settle.

We can’t control everything that tomorrow will bring. But we can choose to be present today.

Less overthinking.
More gratitude.
Less worrying about what’s next.
More appreciation for what’s now.

Sometimes, inner peace begins when we stop asking, “What am I missing?” and start noticing, “Look at everything I already have.” 🙏✨

Traditional cultures understand that the health of the family begins with the health of the parents. Preparing for pregnancy is not only the mother’s responsibility - both mother and father should prepare and strengthen their bodies before conception.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a baby is created from the Jing, or vital essence, of both parents. Strong Jing is traditionally associated with vitality and constitutional strength, which is why preconception care emphasizes nourishing both parents well before pregnancy.

The Kidneys have a particularly important role in TCM, as they are considered the storehouse of Jing and the foundation of reproductive energy. From this traditional perspective, pregnancy draws significantly on the mother’s Kidney reserves as her body provides the resources needed for her baby’s growth. This is why supporting and preserving the mother’s strength before and during pregnancy is given so much importance.

Pregnancy affects every woman differently. In TCM theory, women with stronger reserves may tolerate pregnancy more easily, while those who are already depleted may experience pregnancy as more physically demanding. Rest, nourishing foods, emotional well-being, and appropriate support become especially important during this time.

And caring for the mother does not end with birth. Traditional postpartum practices recognize the first 30–40 days after delivery as an essential period of rest, nourishment, and recovery, allowing the mother to replenish what pregnancy and birth have required of her.

I am deeply grateful to have the opportunity to treat and support my patients through all stages of this beautiful journey from preparing for conception, through pregnancy, and into postpartum recovery.

Healthy parents help create a strong foundation for a healthy family.

Today, in a conversation with a patient, we found ourselves reflecting on how often we try to understand life only through the logical mind.

We want proof. We want certainty. We want everything to make sense before we trust it.

And logic is valuable. It keeps us grounded and helps us navigate the world.

But life is so much bigger than what the mind can measure.

There is intuition. There is consciousness. There is love. There is meaning. There is that quiet inner knowing that sometimes arrives long before an explanation does.

When we allow ourselves to believe that there may be something greater than what we can see or fully understand, our vision of life can expand.

We stop needing an answer for everything. We become more curious. More present. More open to possibility.

Maybe wisdom is not about abandoning logic.

Maybe it is about letting logic guide us without allowing it to become the boundary of what we believe is possible.

Keep your feet on the ground, but leave your heart open. Some things are meant to be felt, experienced, and known through a deeper level of consciousness.

Life may be far greater than anything the mind alone can comprehend. ✨
