People who've worked with their hands for a long time can notice things that others might miss. Our hands can "feel" and sense vibrations from muscles, joints, and organs. This helps us find and relieve areas of stress and injury. As a result, your body will work smoothly like a finely tuned machine.
Check this out! Ever tried toe taps on the slack line? It's a fun way to test your balance and strengthen those muscles!
Slacklines are awesome because they can be adjusted for any skill level, and trust me, they're so addicting!
If you're a runner, this is perfect for you. It helps you work on those left-right imbalances and boosts your stability on one leg. Give it a try and see the difference it makes! 🏃♂️
🚲 Mastering the Slow-to-Fast Pedal Out 🚲
Focus on thumping your heels down with each pedal. If your heels don't touch firmly, it means your weight is too far forward. Adjust your position until you feel stable and balanced.
Remember, practice makes perfect! Don't shy away from challenges. Keep practicing until you can move freely and confidently.
Just like with any exercise, don't limit yourself to the displayed time. Push yourself to go beyond and reap the benefits of your hard work.
Be good to your body and TUNE UP! 🌟
Got some knee troubles? This week, let's help those achy joints feel better with these easy-to-follow moves
First up, we've got "The Lazy Kick" – it's not about kicking a ball, it's about loosening up those joints. Just move gently and let your body relax.
Next, try dragging your foot back – you might even hear a little sound like Daniel's shoes in the video. Keep it easy, keep it moving, and repeat!
Spend just 10 minutes on these exercises (but hey, longer is better!) for best results! 🙋
Discover the power of seated exercises! 💪
Check out this short video to learn simple exercises you can do right from your chair. No need for fancy equipment – just you and your chair!
Let me tell you about what I do with the Body Tuning method. We use our eyes and hands to give you an amazing experience where we listen to your body.
First off, I watch you move around. Like, how you walk or do your thing. Then, use my hands to feel if anything is going on in your body that needs attention. I`m trained to sense any tightness or areas that might need some help.
My goal is simple: to make you feel better.
Whether you're dealing with pain or just feeling uncomfortable, I`m here to help.
Come visit me at 30 West 60th Street, Suite 1D, New York, NY 10023. Let's get you feeling your best!
Susan used to love her yoga practice, but shoulder pain put a stop to it.
Jeff's job demanded physical activity, but back pain made it difficult to keep up.
And Maia? She dealt with bulging discs, slipped discs, and even had surgery for herniated discs, but was left with a dropped foot.
Fortunately, I was able to help each of them break free from their pain. How? By not limiting myself to just massage or physical therapy.
Their stories are a testament to the power of body tuning and the incredible results it can bring. If you're struggling with pain or discomfort, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help you find relief and get back to living your best life!
