How do we actually create a new beginning?

Rav Berg teaches that transformation begins with our consciousness — the thoughts, beliefs, intentions, and reactions we bring into every situation.

We cannot always change what happens around us, but we can change how we respond.

Through the spiritual practice of Restriction, we learn to pause before reacting and consciously choose a different response.

Every conscious choice plants a seed for a different future.

This is the gift of Beresh*t: the opportunity to begin again, not by changing the past, but by transforming how we live today.

💚 Your practice this week: Notice one reaction you repeat. Pause. Choose differently.

What pattern are you ready to change?

Every new beginning starts with a seed.

Once you know what you want to create, give that desire a clear intention. What you plant today becomes the possibility you begin to nurture tomorrow.

So ask yourself: What do I truly want to create in my life this year, and what seed am I willing to plant to begin creating it?

Sometimes the past, our fears, and the Silent Voice keep us from moving toward what we truly want. Healing helps us release what has been holding us back so we can begin creating something new.

Your possibility becomes more powerful when you share it.

✨ Name it.
✨ Share it.
✨ Take one action toward it.

And if this inspires you, like and share this post so someone else is inspired to bring their possibility into manifestation, too.

Together, we create more possibility.

Joy is the engine that runs the possibilities.

We often think joy comes after something good happens.

But joy, excitement and passion are part of what moves possibility toward manifestation.

They awaken desire. They move us to act. And most importantly, they inspire us to share—bringing us closer to the energy of the Creator.

During Sukkot, don’t wait for the manifestation to feel the joy.

Feel it now.

Get excited about what’s possible. Share that excitement with someone. Then take one action toward bringing it into your reality.

Possibility already exists.
Desire gives it direction.
Joy gives it energy.

✨ What are you excited about today?
